Entre mis grandes pasiones se encuentran las motos, mi hija y mi profesión.En todos los años que he tenido el placer de formar parte de la familia ITC, hay muchos envases que me gustan, sin embargo, es este vaso de Nesquik es el que se convierte en mi favorito. Por que cada vez que lo veo, trabajo con su molde o hablan sobre él, es mi hija la que me viene a la mente y con ella una sonrisa! Ella es celíaca y sólo puede tomar cacao en polvo si es Nesquik, así que tenemos como 6 o 7 vasos en casa. Además me gustan sus colores tan alegres, la funcionalidad y que es realmente divertido… En casa lo utilizamos hasta para contener los cepillos de dientes! Por último añado que, antes de salir a disfrutar de la moto siempre me tomo mi vaso de Nesquik…

We love packaging Le tengo un cariño muy especial a la spoon cap de 127 mm de Hero ya que he seguido desde su creación todo su proceso de desarrollo, que no hubiera sido posible sin el gran equipo de profesionales que forman ITC, que han realizado un trabajo muy duro hasta conseguir un resultado excelente con esta tapa. Como siempre digo, esta tapa no solo es bonita por fuera sino que también lo es por dentro, ya que ha sido una gran innovación, que permite sujetar la cuchara en la tapa y no buscarla dentro de la leche en polvo, por lo que es más higiénica y hace más fácil su uso. Itc siempre busca adaptarse a las nuevas necesidades del mercado y por ello, hemos lanzado esta tapa también en un formato más pequeño de 99 mm.

Han pasado ya 37 años desde el primer día que entré a formar parte de la familia ITC y desde entonces, imaginad la cantidad de envases que he visto… Evolucionando a la par que lo hacía la empresa. Por eso, elegir mi envase favorito es “misión imposible”.Así pues, elijo un estándar que bien decorado acompaña muchos productos, este por ejemplo, me parece original y dinámico! Un envase para palomitas con mucho color y con un tamaño perfecto para acompañar mientras disfrutas de una buena película en casa.

La solución de envase y tapa de Boursin Cuisine es de mis favoritos porque se lleva fabricando en Sopela desde hace más de diez años, desde 2003 para ser exactos, con toda su variedad de colores y etiquetas IML, y resultó uno de los productos protagonistas del desarrollo de la línea de inyección de plástico en nuestro centro, es decir, uno de esos artículos que marcan un antes y un después en la trayectoria de una empresa porque además, se trata del producto que nos abrió las puertas con un gran cliente de la exportación hoy en día para ITC: Boursin, siendo su volumen de ventas es muy significativo para nosotros.

Los que me conocen saben que siempre soy muy directa, así que sin mucho más que añadir, mi envase favorito es el de Belin Box. Me parece muy original y me gustan especialmente los colores, no he visto nada igual para galletas saladas.

We love packaging Si me preguntas por mi “packaging favorito” me pones en un compromiso, pues son muchos los proyectos que abordamos y que son realmente fascinantes. Si debo escoger, me voy a declinar por mi lado más emocional y que para mi, es un claro ejemplo del “savoire faire” de ITC, porque este proyecto los representa a todos. Es sin duda trabajo en equipo en su máxima expresión, así como innovación y refleja perfectamente la capacidad de reacción de ITC. Las Cápsulas significan mucho más que un ambicioso proyecto que, ahora, está revolucionando el mercado de las cápsulas. What’s next?

He escogido este envase 520 ml porque cuando entré a trabajar en ITC se estaba realizando el translado de este producto de Ibi a Sopela, y pude ver todo el proceso del mismo: nueva máquina, molde, robot, cámaras, etc... lo que a nivel personal y de grupo resultó muy instructivo y un reto para nuestra centro. Además, de toda la gama de productos con la que trabajamos en este centro, este es el primer estándar desde hace años y luego han ido viniendo más…se trata por tanto de un producto Representa para nostros la entrada en el grupo ITC.

Después de casi 10 años formando parte de la familia ITC he sido testigo del nacimiento de muchos proyectos y he de reconocer que es muy complicado elegir entre tanta gama de novedades. Elijo este envase por su diseño, tamaño, decoración y por ser de los más dulces. Su capacidad es de 180gr. y su decoración sleeve invita a disfrutar de su delicioso contenido ya que es muy atractivo en el lineal, por su alto brillo y colorido. Este envase tiene un hermano mayor de 500gr igualmente llamativo y también decorado con sleeve, pero solo podía elegir uno, así es que me quedo con el Baby.
After almost 10 years in the ITC family, I have witnessed the birth of many new projects and I realise it is really complicated to choose the best pack with such an extensive range of innovations. But I chose this pack because of its design, size, decoration and because it’s simply so sweet! It holds 180 g and the sleeve decoration just invites you to enjoy its delicious content. It stands out on the shelf because it’s so glossy and colourful. This pack has a bigger brother that contains 500g, just as attractive and also with a sleeve decoration, but that’s just a little too big for me and I could only choose one, so I’ll stick with the Baby size.

No he dudado un segundo, me gusta cada detalle que lo forma: sus colores, su nueva silueta, su etiqueta, etc. Este es el restyling de un producto que ya fabricábamos en Sopela y ahora me gusta más, porque coincide además con el cambio a ITC Packaging y con ello una revolución y cambios positivos como el que se puede ver en este envase: frescura y vida.
Yes, this is my favourite pack! I had no doubt at all. I like everything about it: the colours, the new shape, the label, everything. It’s the restyling result of a product we used to make at Sopela and now I like it even better, because it coincides with the change at ITC Packaging and our new revolution and all the positive changes that you can see in this pack - freshness and life.

Me considero una persona diferente, amante de la fotografía en mi tiempo libre y en ITC me dedico a “mimar” cuidar y reparar los moldes para una correcta fabricación, y de todos los envases que he visto puedo afirmar que mi envase favorito es el más diferente de todos… No es redondo y tampoco cuadrado, es triangular!! Y eso combinado con su divertida etiqueta IML y su producto “salvavidas” fue lo que más me gustó del envase para sandwich.
I think of myself as being different. I love photography in my free time. Here at ITC I take care of the moulds, caring for them and even pampering them so that they always work right, and of all the packs we have made I can say that my favourite one is different from all. It’s not round, it’s not square... it’s triangular! It’s a combination of an IML label and a half sandwich pack, and that’s what I liked best about it - it keeps you on your feet.

Hace pocos años que formo parte de la familia ITC, pero no podría contar el número de envases revisados, cuidando que su producción para su llegada al cliente sea la adecuada y viendo tantas aplicaciones diferentes que hace muy difícil elegir un envase favorito. ¿A quién no le gusta el chocolate? Porque para mí es irresistible y creo que esta combinación de envase, colorante y su etiqueta con el pan untado en cacao… Es un acierto!
I have only beed part of the ITC family for a couple of years, but I can hardly count the number of packs and packaging solutions we have inspected and reviewed during production so that they always reach the customers in perfect condition. What with so many different applications, it’s really hard to choose one pack out of so many good ones. But, who doesn’t like chocolate? For me, this pack is irresistible, and I think the combination of pack, colour and the label showing a slice of bread spread with that rich chocolate is tops!

Recuerdo la primera vez que vi el “Smarties Monster”, enseguida me vino a la mente cuando hace tan sólo unos “poquitos” años iba con mis padres a un restaurante. Lo primero que hacía, al entrar, era irme a la vitrina de helados a ver cuál me iba a pedir y me encantaba elegir siempre un muñeco distinto. Con estos recuerdos de la infancia me imagino a todos los niños que gracias a Nestlé e ITC Packaging dibujan en sus rostros una gran sonrisa cada vez que ven el “Smarties Monster” en las vitrinas. Este envase es un éxito total de mis compañeros de I+D+i, los cuáles siempre realizan un excelente trabajo que, a menudo, consigue devolvernos la ilusión de un niño pequeño.
I remember the first time I saw the “Smarties Monster” and just couldn’t help thinking of how only a “few years” ago I would go to the restaurant with my parents. The first thing I would do was run to the ice cream display and think about the one I was going to choose for dessert, and I always tried to get a different toy figurine to play with. With those childhood dreams, I now imagined all the lucky kids who thanks to Nestlé and ITC Packaging now start getting thrilled when they see the “Smarties Monster” on the ice cream display. This pack is a total success and my colleagues at R&D&I have done a great job, because it brings back all those hopes and dreams of childhood, again and again.

In the time I have been part of the ITC Group I have assembled various moulds, but my favourite job was the MINIGRANELITO because of its practical and innovative design, because it is small, easy to transport and very convenient to handle, with lots of room inside for the contents.

Lo mío con este envase fue amor a primera vista. No solo por lo original que me pareció sino por lo practico que me resultaría sacar las bolitas de queso ahora.
It was love at first sight with this pack. I loved it because it was so original, and also very practical, as you can get the cheese balls out so easily.
Recuerdo que compraba la mozzarella en un una bolsita de plástico con mucho líquido, tenía que ir con cuidado a la hora de abrirlo para no derramarlo y a la vez buscar algún recipiente para volcarlo y dejar lo que me sobrara en él.
I remember how I used to buy mozzarella in a plastic bag with lots of liquid inside, and you had to be so careful in opening it so as not to spill everything, and then you had to find somewhere to pour it out – it was all very complicated.
Ahora es tan simple como abrirlo, subir la cestita que a la vez escurre el líquido, coger lo que necesites y cerrarlo sin más, sin que se derrame nada y sin necesidad de ir buscando envases alternativos para guardar lo que sobra en la nevera.
Now it’s so simple to open, you pull out the little basket and the liquid stays inside. You take as much as you need, and there’s no spilling, and you don’t have to look around for cups or dishes to keep whatever you have left over in the fridge.
Todo lo que sea facilitar el trabajo en la cocina me parece un éxito.
Anything that makes working in the kitchen better is a great step forward in my opinion.

Operario Almacén / Warehouse Worker Cada uno de los que formamos parte de la familia ITC “amamos” el packaging y no es algo difícil, nuestra labor y relación diaria con este mundo hace inevitable esa sensación. En almacén preparamos los envases para su distribución al cliente, cajas y cajas con el resultado que nuestros clientes esperan con inquietud, ahora, si me preguntas por mi envase favorito te diré que lo mío fue amor a primera vista, mi favorito es el de Casa Ametller, donde lejos del clásico envase de cristal de yogur tenemos esta opción que resulta muy atractiva y diferente, además uno de nuestros envases ganadores!
All of us at the ITC family are “in love” with packaging. I guess that’s no surprise, because we’re all so involved with it every day that it is only natural to feel this way. In the warehouse we get everything ready for distribution to the client, box after box, all ready for sending to the client. If you ask me about my favourite pack, I would choose the Casa Ametller cup. It was love at first sight. Nothing like the classical glass yoghurt cup. It’s a really great option and very attractive and different. It’s one of our awardwinning packs.

El proyecto en el que mi empresa y Gallina Blanca colaboran por lo tanto me ha cautivado. Seguir todos sus estadios, saborear cada nuevo alumbramiento, cada nueva incorporación, cada nueva idea, hasta obtener el producto que ahora tengo en mis manos, ha sido una experiencia humana y profesional inolvidable que reviviré cada vez que lo vea expuesto en una tienda. La tipografía, el color, la forma, su coordinación con el mensaje que pretende trasladar me hace sentirme orgulloso y feliz de formar parte de esta familia que es capaz de armonizar el gran producto de nuestro cliente con una gran presentación acorde a lo que va a ofrecer en el mercado. Sin duda, ITC cada día me da nuevos motivos para sentirme más orgulloso de formar parte de esta gran familia.

I confess that Oriental food fascinates me. This kind of food is a delight for the senses, so subtle and harmonious in flavour, aroma and texture. The project on which ITC and Gallina Blanca worked together has therefore captivated me. Remembering all its phases, all the new discoveries, every new incorporation, every new idea, right up to the time when the final product reached our hands, was a professional and personal experience that I will always remember every time I see this pack displayed on a supermarket shelf. The typeface, colour, shape and the coordination of the message it conveys makes me feel proud and happy to be part of this family, capable of harmonising all the ideas for a great product from our client with a presentation that fits in perfectly with the concept being offered on the market. Without doubt, ITC gives me new reasons to feel proud every new day, and to form part of this great family.

Resp. Industrialización / Head of Industrialisation El porque de mi elección de la tarrina Entrepinares frente a otros se basa en la dificultad que nos planteo su industrialización. El echo de que el IML cubras toda la superficie del envase hace que la colocación y manipulación de la etiqueta sea complicada. Esto se tradujo en un lanzamiento y arranque de la instalación sumamente complicada y costosa en la cual fui el responsable en fabrica. Hoy en día fabricamos una media de 63.000 conjuntos en un molde sándwich 4 tarros + 4 tapas. The reason why I choose this Entrepinares cheese tray over other products was the difficulties we encountered in the industrialisation process. The fact that IML covers the entire surface of the pack makes the handling and placing of the label pretty complicated. This was quite a challenge, and as the head of industrialisation it was my job to see that everything went smoothly up to the launch. Today, we manufacture an average of 63,000 units in a sandwich mould with 4 trays and 4 lids each.

Lo tengo muy claro, es sin duda el envase para Fondue de Nestlé… Un envase que siempre me acompaña, tanto en el trabajo como en casa, un envase que provoca muy buenos recuerdos junto a mi familia. Pasamos muchas tardes preparando la merienda favorita de mis hijos, viendo como el chocolate fundido cae en sus crepes directamente desde el envase. Además, tiene la medida perfecta! Me apetece comprarlo nada más verlo en el súper… It’s as plain as day to me: the Fondue pack for Nestlé... A product that’s always by my side, both at work and at home. A packaging solution that brings back great memories of time spent with my family. We spend many afternoons preparing my kid’s favourite snack... watching how the liquid chocolate just falls from the pack right onto their crepes. And it’s the perfect size, as well. As soon as I see it on the shelf, I simply have to buy it!

Me fascinan los nuevos proyectos, donde el desarrollo técnico es un rompe cabezas que hay que resolver en tiempo récord. Mis 28 años en ITC están cargados de eso mismo, desarrollos que superan los anteriores y que buscan la excelencia junto a un equipo de compañeros que lo hacen posible. La tapa con cuchara dosificadora integrada para Blemil, por su alta complejidad y exigencias del proyecto, donde punto a punto ha supuesto mejorar y crecer. Sin duda mi pack favorito!
New projects fascinate me, because technical development is like a puzzle that has to be solved in record time. My 28 years at ITC are full of things like this – new developments that are always better than before, in a search for excellence that is only possible because of our teamwork. The lid with an integrated dispenser spoon for Blemil is my favourite because of its complexity and the demands of the project, where we had to find improvements and growth to achieve the best. Without a doubt, it’s my favourite pack!

Formo parte de esta gran familia desde hace 7 años, empecé junto a las máquinas y sin duda me enamoré del envase de Santa Rita, no podía imaginar que ese envase tan colorido y bonito pudiera contener harina. Ahora estoy en materiales, donde nace la fabricación, el punto de partida para hacer envases tan especiales como este. I’ve been a member of this family for 7 years now, starting off at the machines. I have no doubt about it. I fell in love with the Santa Rita pack. I simply couldn’t imagine anything prettier or more colourful containing simple flour. Now I work in materials, where all manufacturing starts up, and the place where packs as special as these really start to come to life.

Equipo Planta / Plant Team Llevo 6 años formando parte de ITC y aunque ahora lleve más de 3 en una misma máquina, recuerdo el día en el que entré en aquel grupo de 3 máquinas en el cual se fabrica ahora la mini lechera. Atrás queda ese viejo molde de 4 cavidades, hoy podemos ver el trabajo y esfuerzo de muchos al tener enfrente el nuevo molde con 8 cavidades, con un aspecto totalmente renovado y mediante el que se fabrica un envase se adapta a las nuevas necesidades! Por eso, la mini lechera es mi envase favorito, pequeño y justo lo que más apetece!
I’ve been at ITC for six years now and although I’ve been at the same machine for 3 years, I can still remember the day I started work at that group of 3 machines where the Mini-Lechera pack is now made. The old 4-cavity mould is now gone, and today we can see all the advantages of working with the new 8-cavity mould, with a totally revamped look and where we make packs that are totally adapted to new market needs! That’s why the Mini-Lechera pack is my favourite, because it’s small but it always hits the spot when your hungry!

Mi experiencia en ITC va de la mano de un reto personal, la formación en máquinas es muy importante, en planta la seguridad e higiene son fundamentales por lo que todo está perfectamente controlado. El reto para mí fue la antigua máquina del Push-Up ya que a solas no nos entendíamos, ahora después de 5 años, la nueva máquina y yo nos entendemos a la perfección! Sin duda este envase es mi envase favorito ITC.
My experience at ITC is a kind of personal challenge, because training at the machine is very important. On the shop floor safety and hygiene are fundamental because everything has to be under control. The challenge for me was the old “push-up” machine, because it was really difficult to understand, and now after 5 years, the new machine and I get along really well! Without doubt, this is my favourite ITC pack.

Hace 25 años que formo parte de la familia ITC, éramos pocos compañeros y entonces existía un “impuesto revolucionario” donde los nuevos debían pagar el desayuno de los demás, nunca olvidaré ese gran día. Este envase de 3l. es mi pack favorito porque fue un auténtico reto! Sabíamos fabricar a la perfección juguetes con moldes muy complejos hasta que llegó el primer pack, un molde muy sencillo que suponía el gran cambio y no sabíamos manejar, recuerdo un espesor de 0,30mm cuando ahora lo hacemos en 0,03mm.
I’ve been part of the ITC family for 25 years. There were just a few of us then, and we newcomers had to pay a “revolutionary tax” to our colleagues, paying for their breakfasts. I’ll never forget that day. This 3L pack is my favourite because it was a real challenge! We knew perfectly well how to make toys using highly complex moulds, and then the first packaging challenge came – a really simple mould that required a big change, and we hardly knew how to simplify complex things anymore! I remember thicknesses of 0.30mm, whereas today we work with 0.03mm.

Siempre recordaré mi primera visita por lo que serían las nuevas instalaciones de ITC, justo en aquel instante me di cuenta de que algo grande se estaba forjando, actualmente, 18 años después, sonrío cuando pienso que estaba en lo cierto. Mi pack favorito, por su sencillo diseño, forma y unos colores que transmiten la dulzura y suavidad de un bebé y la elegancia propia de los años 50, sin duda es el de Helados Mullins.

I will always remember my first visit to what would become the new ITC facilities. It was at that time that I realised that something big was happening, and today, 18 years later, I smile when I think just how right I was. My favourite pack, because of its simple design, shape and colours that convey all the sweetness and softness of a baby, and the elegance of the 1950s, is without any doubt the Mullins Ice-Cream pack.
