s we close the books on 2014, we look forward to an exciting 2015. We are happy to report the many exciting changes that have taken place, from new software to improved service and extended outreach, the library continues to move forward on its strategic plan. We are fortunate to serve a community that values its library and we see that every day in the members we talk to and the questions we answer. While some communities are struggling to keep public libraries funded, we are thankful that our residents recognize the immense impact the library has on the community, whether it is offering storytimes, teaching early literacy skills or providing a place to meet friends or study. This year promises to be one of planning as the library looks toward renovation in 2016. Although we are just beginning the planning process, staff are committed to keeping our members informed and updated on any upcoming plans. As always, we remain dedicated to providing exceptional resources to the 67,000 residents we serve.
