TRA N S First Things First Now that you’ve been admitted to IU, there are a few things you need to do:

We’ll Be Your Guide You did it! You’re going to be an Indiana University Hoosier. We’re so happy you’ve decided to continue your college education with us. Changing schools is a big deal. You’ll be moving to a new town and making new friends. It’s a lot to take in but don’t worry, we’ll be your guide. At IU we know how important your first year on a new campus is. We’ll help you get off to a great start with a transfer student version of our New Student Orientation, and we’ll be here for you all year long. We can’t wait to meet you!

Check out the First Year Experience Programs website: fye.indiana.edu. It’s your source for helpful information about our programs, resources, and events. Start watching your mailbox in March for your official New Student Orientation (NSO) invitation. It will tell you how to choose your preferred NSO date from the five transfer student programs available.
