IU Said YES— Congratulations!

Get Ready

for New Student Orientation How do you become an official IU Hoosier? Start by attending the required two-day New Student Orientation (NSO) program in Bloomington this summer. It’s a great way to connect with campus: you’ll learn what it means to be an IU student, you’ll meet with an advisor and register for your fall semester classes, you’ll hear from an IU faculty member, and you’ll connect with current and other new students. You can even spend the night in a residence hall with other new students and our staff. Now that’s a true orientation to college life.
