Shoots.. .

It’s been 2 years since our first promotional shoot

It’s been great getting to this point.. 2 years since our first issue!! We have had some amazing experiences, from our first shoot based in Solihull, at the Ramada Hotel. It was a very hot day and we struggled in what shade we could find. Our next shoot at the same venue, would be a winter shoot. The third promotional shoot reflects and commemorates a 100 years since 1914, the year of the First World War. We were amazed by the results!! With smoke bubbles, wedding dresses and wellies.. We spurred on for the next promotional shoot! Our forth, shoot at Bosworth... was a summer smash up, based outdoors, by a beautiful lake. The concept was to show the journey of love, from first love, to last love. This time we teamed up with two more photographers besides our resident photographer Michelle. We often hold smaller mini shoots at wedding fairs, to help each exhibitor to gain further reach to each couple via our social media pages. We already have some fab shoots behind us, but what was to come about in January would be even more amazing... After being contacted by the ‘National space center, in Leicester. We were asked to co-organize a wedding fair with them, of course we agreed. This was also a great place for another promotional shoot called “written in the Stars” ... Amazeballs it certainly was... to the moon and beyond! The next shoot for May is Marie Antoinette, which will be held at the Belgrave Museum. And we have so many exciting elements that are in discussion, with new suppliers... and we are bringing together the East & West!! All our love

Over the years I have made all sorts of crafts using alot of different mediums but the paper flowers. I now make for bridal bouquets are my favourite. Using such items as maps and music paper or even the latest MisstoMrs Magazine (and yes I have done this) makes my work very interesting and very different for each wedding I get asked to do. It doesn’t stop at flowers I also love the wooden free standing letters and table numbers which can be used in any occassion or a a speical message to a friend, and keeping on the idea of wooden items I have a newline of wooden cake toppers that can be

made to match the colours or theme of the wedding or event. From years of crafting but only as a hobby, I can now proudly say that turning it all into a full time business was the best thing I ever did. All the skills and techniques I have learn’t over the years are now helping me to produce bespoke wedding items such as garters, bunting, shoe clips, brida l bouquets and various head pieces Infact the list goes on. I think the reason I love it so much is the fact that each item I make is bespoke so everyone gets the only one of its kind.
