Junior Enterprise Global Network
EXCHANGE PROGRAM A Global Council Iniciative
The last Junior Enterprise World Conference (JEWC) gathered together over 3,200 junior entrepreneurs from 17 different countries, being the largest youth entrepreneurship event ever held. It took place in Florianรณpolis, Brazil, from 20th-24th July 2016.
There are Junior Enterprises in more than 40 countries today. Our concept is becoming a phenomenon that shapes young business minds across the globe and to integrate and connect the actors of this network the Global Council was founded.
THE
EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Is one of our first steps to achieve a network that uses the power of the connections to grow
The aim of the program is to provide Junior Entrepreneurs an Unique life Experience during their study vacations combined with a low cost budget. We developed a program to link you with Junior Entrepreneurs from all over the world so you can exchange meaningful knowledge that accelerate the development and improvement of your Junior Enterprises while let you get to know about each other country’s culture and life. Within some time, we expect to raise a global awareness about the role the Junior Enterprise Movement plays in each country and thus, to foster business opportunities that can deliver more and better projects to our clients all over the world – A global network of satisfied clients. A Global Council Iniciative
CUSTOMIZE YOUR EXPERIENCE We are developing a totally customizable program where both hosts and guests can make the most from their time together An afternoon of brainstorming for problem solving with the members of the hosting JE Conferences about life and education in the guest’s country for the host’s university students
As an international organism, the Global Council will be the bridge between the needs/preferences of the hosts and the expertise and desires of the traveller. During the selective process the hosting Junior Enterprise can build the schedule of activities and events with the guest so both can enjoy and get the most from this experience. What to do? We can help, here are some possibilities: Exchange of business cases of past projects Training sessions about topics that the guest have already experienced
Get some help in external/internal project execution
A day to exchange best practices of each department of the JE
A Global Council Iniciative
Planning a whole new internal project in the expertise area of the guest so he/she can make real positive changes in the JE
Hint: Plan to receive/ask to go in periods when you can experience local events and conferences

Are you and your Junior Enterprise
Up for this experience?
Join Us! Live it It is incredibly easy to participate and every regulated JE is welcomed to join us in this adventure.
How it works The program works under the exchange of vacancies to receive guests. This means that if your Junior Enterprise decides to host “X” people during the year, “X” people from your enterprise are going to be able to participate as travellers. However It is not strictly closed, you can receive more than you send or vice-versa if both sides agree. All the hosts must be willing to welcome guests for free in their houses in order to reduce the costs of the program and also to promote a unique and immersive experience to both participants. This means that all the hosts must provide free accommodation. However, it does not mean that they are supposed to cover transport or food expenses, much less other personal expenses from their guests in any context, except by means of their own will.
