Brasil Júnior Strategy
Three cycles Strategy Internal Management
JE Movement
Society
The first cycle Brasil Júnior crossed was related to its fundamental management structure. It was the time to battle the initial difficulties, define an organisational structure, and create a consistent strategic plan. In the second cycle, actually reaching its end, the focus was in legitimating Brasil Júnior internally and in producing products and results to the Junior Enterprises and State Federations. The third cycle will be based in establishing Brasil Júnior and the Junior Enterprises in the Brazilian society. It will be time to focus on the external promotion and recognition, increasing the market of the Junior Enterprises. 4
