Call for JADE May Conference 2019 Dear Presidents of Junior Enterprises, Hereby we would like to inform you that the call for hosting the JADE May Conference 2019 is officially opened. It is one of the International events organized by JADE, and it is a special occasion because is where JADE’s General Assembly elects the new JADE Executive Board. The event will be hosted by a Junior Enterprise and all the Junior Enterprises part of the Members of JADE can apply. Do not miss the chance for your Junior Enterprise to get international visibility and be part of a significant milestone of JADE’s future. Find out how to apply in the following slides!

Requirements of JMC 2019 > Being hosted in the city of your Junior Enterprise > At least 100 participants including members of the General Assembly > Free placements for JADE Team members (at least 7) > The maximum fee per participant can be 120€ > 10 hours of General Assembly scheduled in the Agenda > JADE and the Junior Enterprise will collaborate during the organization > Plan 2 workshop spots for JADE Trainers or JADE Partners > JADE Communication guidelines must be used and the website will be hosted on events.jadenet.org > The event has to take place from May 10th to May 12th 2019

Your Proposal has to contain
1. Road-map of the event (a Gantt chart is appreciated) 2. Planned detailed budget 3. Planned participation fee 4. Detailed dates and agenda (incl. 10 hours for General Assembly) 5. Expected number of participants 6. Information about accommodation (e.g. list of possible hotels) 7. Information about transport 8. Information about the organisation team of the JE (people, experience, etc.) 9. Motivation for the application All this information must be sent in a unique PDF document. The only exception can be the budget and the Gantt chart.

How to apply? Deadline for Application: October 26th, 2019 at 11:59PM (CEST). To register, you need to fill the webform you will find in the article and to upload your proposal in PDF. Your proposal will be voted by the General Assembly of JADE during JAC 2018, from November 16th to November 18th 2018. It is not possible to present your proposal remotely: a member of your Junior Enterprise needs to participate in JAC or the International Manager of your Confederation will present for you. The PDF you will upload will be the only one that can be presented to the General Assembly, no further files will be admitted.
