General information: •

Accepted as internship. We will give you a certificate to prove your work and results.

You will receive a special training from the head of your department.

There is no salary, but JADE gives you the opportunity to manage important international projects and gain practical experience!

If you come to Brussels you will have everything covered (house, food…) for only 2 € per day.

For moving abroad to work voluntarily you can apply for funding from the

European Commission as Leonardo da Vinci or ERASMUS. •

The work is done in English, in some cases French is a plus.

We recommend an 11-month internship from September ‘12 to July ’13 (anyway it is not mandatory to work for the whole duration)

1. Senior Project Manager of JADE Spring Meeting 2013 Position details •

Workplace: Mainly in JADE HQ (Brussels)

Fluent in English, French will be a plus as it takes place in Brussels

Objectives •

To coordinate the organisation of the JSM ‘13 (Feb. or March) with JADE team

To make the necessary preparations for the event in terms of logistics, speakers, participants etc.

To collaborate in the organisation of the 20th Anniversary event of JADE (Fall 2012)

To help JADE team in different things beside Events

2. Event Manager Position details •

Workplace: Mainly in JADE HQ (Brussels)

Time frame (12 months approx.):

September 2012 – August 2013 •

Experience in events and project management skills

Fluent in English, French will be a plus

Objectives •

To collaborate in the organisation of the JADE Spring Meeting ‘13

To make necessary preparations in terms of logistics, speakers, participants etc.

To co-organise together with JADE team the 20th Anniversary of JADE (Fall 2012), the JADUS Meeting, the International Managers Training ’13 and the JADE Strategic Conference

Prepare some guidelines to organise and co-ordinate all JADE Meetings in future years

3. IT Coordinator Position details •

To coordinate the work in several IT platform that JADE has, eg. the Intranet, JE.NET Cooperation and JE.NET Corporate Interface in collaboration with Brasil Júnior and

8. Public Affairs Assistant Position details •

Knowledge about lobbying and/or government relations is a plus

Objectives •

Attending and representing JADE in high level events about Youth Entrepreneurship and others related with the activity of the Junior Enterprises

Representing the Junior Enterprises in front of European institutions

To establish and manage collaborations with different organisations

9. Private Cooperation Assistant Position details •

To attend Networking Events to identify prospective partners

To prepare tailor made proposals and training materials for diverse partners

To network with other confederations for knowledge share on their partners and to generate more contacts

To generate new ideas and business opportunities to increase fundraising and fund development to meet and exceed revenue goals

To prepare grants / project proposals and progress reports as required by program contracts and agreements

To research potential foundations to identify and evaluate potential funding sources.

Audit the confederations, understanding their main strengths and improvement opportunities

To support the development of confederations (Confederation Development Program)
