Presidency Strategic Management Planning and monitoring of long-term strategy.

Monitoring and giving support to the State Federations not yet confederated and to the JEs of States that still do not have a Federation.

FNQ – National Quality Foundation – is a reference in quality management in Brazil. They provide trainings in this area to Brasil Júnior and the Brazilian JEs.

MBA Empresarial is a Human Resources Consulting. They provide team building trainings and HR management advices to Brasil Júnior.
