What does it mean to be a staff for the JSC19? AndrĂŠ Cunha
As a JADE Spring Conference 2019 Staff Member, you will help us to run the biggest event in our Network. You will work with the rest of the Staff, as a team, under the guidance of JSC19 Manager. We want to create a memorable event, and your role is fundamental! You are going to be the reference point for the participants, so we need highly involved and motivated people, able to guide the participants and make them live the best experience ever. _____ An amazing adventure is about to start. Junior Entrepreneurs are always looking to do more and better. JADE Spring Conference 2019 is one of the best opportunities for them to meet other Junior Entrepreneurs as motivated as them, having the opportunity to exchange best practices with people from all over Europe. JSC19 wants to help them to go further and prepare them to step into the future. ___

What you need to know about JADE Spring Conference 2019 The JADE Spring Conference is the biggest event for Junior Enterprises at the European level. From the 7th to the 10th of March Three days of high-level workshops, a company fair and inspiring keynote speeches by today’s decision makers. Brussels 18.000 events take place every year in Brussels, a strategic location easy to reach. Brussels is the city that hosts all the major EU institutions and a huge number of international associations. We cannot forget the quality of life: great local food and a vast variety of home made beers.
More than 400 Junior Entrepreneurs attending We are over 28.000 Junior Entrepreneurs in 15 countries in Europe. We are more than 50.000 around the globe. JADE Spring Conference is the best occasion to get in touch with them, to exchange ideas and best practices, both in business games and in informal networking moments.

The success of an event depends mostly on the people who work for it. It is about coordination, enthusiam and, of course, a lot of fun.

We are looking for proactive and motivated people who are able to manage an event with more than 400 participants, interested in communication, photography or event logistics in general. Every personal talent that can add more value to the event is more than appreciated! Do not hesitate to show it to us!

__ Your tasks
> Meet highly motivated Junior Entrepreneurs from all over Europe > Get to know JADE and its work more in detail > Embrace the #JADELife: you will stay at the JADE House before and during the event > Work in a dynamic international team > Receive a Certificate after the event
> Staff members will be divided into working teams, depending on the field you will be assigned to > You will be the first contact person for the participants and partners during the event > You will be responsible for the tasks of the background of the event, such as preparing coffee-breaks, check-in, workshop rooms, logistical information, among other similar responsibilities

3. accommodation and expenses
Where are you going to stay

Arriving in Brussels and living expenses You have to be in Brussels from February 27th until the event ends (March 10th), mandatory. You are going to stay at the JADE House with all the other Staff members and JADE Executive Board. During this period, you are going to be trained, discover the city and all the venues of JSC19. You will also help us with the logistical details and, of course, learn more about JADE and the JE Network! Being part of the JSC19 Staff means that you are going to pay only: > Transportation costs to arrive to Brussels > Eventual transportation around the city Accommodation and meals expenses (both before and during the event) are covered.
