END CUTTING UNIT :

GLUE POT UNIT, EDGE LOADING AND PRESSING SYSTEM:

With two high frequency motors to cut the front and rear exceeding edge. Also end-cuts soft/post formed panels. The best finishing quality using motors sliding on prismatic guideways & with the auto-tilting of the blades.

Each motor is equipped with copying device for an accurate positioning of blades in relation to the cutting point.

Hot melt glue pot internally Tefloncoated to allow an easy and quick glue replacement. Optimal edge gluing with special glue spreading roller, providing consistent gluing on all materials. Auto edge-loading system for strips and rolled edges (max. 3 mm thick) with shear device.
