3 Top Health Tips For Busy Coaches Who Want To Thrive

I am yet to meet one coach or business consultant who is totally driven and determined to make their business blossom into something beautiful. It’s absolutely awesome that more and more people are choosing to rewrite their destiny , go against the grain and touch lives everywhere!!!!!! And while that might be somewhere along the lines of your life as well given the fact that you’re reading this now…but while you are busy playing superhero, have you forgotten how to take care of yourself? What I am seeing now is that a lot of people are becoming constricted while trying to juggle everything. So if you’ve been having some concern lately, here are 3 tips that work even for the busiest coaches to ensure they still thrive. Taking care of my health is always a top priority for me, I have a date that I never compromise with “sleep” every night. I am not one of those people who tries to justify success through struggle (at least not any more). I didn’t grow up a very healthy girl because as you might have guessed, health and the slums just don’t often go together . But I turned a lot of things in my life around and today I am one of the few people who doesn’t take my health for granted perhaps because of the circumstances that surrounded my past. But I don’t see that to be the case for many coaches and consultants as fatigue, high stress levels, frequent colds, headaches, body pains, back aches and so on continue to be experienced by the very people who are meant to be helping others. Believe it or not, working your buns off to make your business survive regardless of its nature is approaching success in an unnatural way that only fosters fear, overwhelm and endless obstacles. The state of survival triggers a lot of negativity in your life which very often takes your body out of balance and produces all kinds of chaos. This of course is the worst way to plan for a thriving and prosperous lifestyle. So how can you make sure that while you’re growing your business and touching lives you still stay on top of your game? It begins with an understanding that wealth is more than just financial earnings. Success is more than just a specific


goal even if that goal might be completely selfless and most importantly the approach to success cannot begin from the outside as it has been preached for so many years. And if we are in agreement so far, then it should naturally follow that your success and that of your business has a lot to do with your inner world. So your health will by far impact your business and overall success in either a positive way or a negative way… It all depends on how well you maintain the healthy state that helps you function at an optimum level.

So here are my 3 top health tips for busy coaches who want to thrive #1. Get More Sleep No surprise there!!!! I never compromise my sleep and I have numerous articles that speak on the scientific discoveries that have now been confirmed on the side of effects of poor sleep. A tired coach is a horrible coach. But even more than that, if you’re going to be a modern individual operating at optimum levels and present enough to serve wholeheartedly, you really need to be fresh. Lack of sleep is one of the factors that many success seekers struggle with but if you want to thrive, make this a priority starting tonight.

#2. Learn To Release Your Stress The one thing I see with every client or coach that I interact with is that modern individuals just seem to take on a lot of things. Do you have too much on your plate that you’re trying to juggle around? Well I don’t want to stop you from your “saving the world” mission, but I do want you to know that stress has so many detrimental effects that can have great significance on your health. From things like infertility, to depression, anxiety and heart disease… And this isn’t even half the list! So in a few words, I am going to suggest that you start finding techniques and methods that can help you release stress from your life as much as possible especially during this phase you’re in.

#3. Have More Sex Believe it or not… I didn’t just make this one up … Doctors actually suggest that especially for women. There is proven research now that shows how sex can actually reduce stress levels and lower risks of things like cardio vascular diseases. Talk about an awesome way to stay healthy and give your whole body a workout!!!!! Yes I love training in the gym and I might just share some of the tips that I use to get in a short but highly effective workout


which keeps my buns tight ( but we’ll save that for another post),nonetheless, a nice passionate workout with your better half is totally my green light for you even if you are a busy entrepreneur. Of course it has to be something you enjoy! If you don’t really enjoy it – don’t do it And these are just a few simple but very profound ways of getting and maintaining good health no matter how busy you are. They are all scientifically proven to work in a major way and if you just put them to the test, you’ll be amazed at how much better and happier your life can get – when your life is thriving, your business will also naturally thrive.
