November, 2016 13/10/2016 Event called “Meeting Spring With The Blossom of Tulips And Narcissus” at school.

Planting tulips and narcissus in the territory of the school.

1043 tulips were planted.

December, 2016 According to the inquiry 150 packages of paper are used at school per year. One package contains 500 sheets of paper that means that 75 000 sheets of paper are used per year.

We are concerned about the usage of paper so during Christmas the students of our school made eco Christmas trees and other decorations. Some of them decorations were given to the local hospital’s children department.

January, 2017 According to the survey regarding the usage of paper at school that was done in December 2016 our primary school pupils draw on the snow. Moreover, they made the paint of various plants: red colour of beetroot, green colour of spinaches, yellow – of turmenic and

orange one of carrots.

February, 2017 Competition “Secondary Life Of Litter” organized by the biology teacher. Students made things of the secondary materials.

March, 2017 Using secondary materials for the handicrafts

22/03/2017 Water Day was organized in order to encourage students to drink water instead of fizzy drinks.

22/03/2017 students also visited “Kelme Water” where found out the methods that improve water’s quality. There was emphasized the importance of water as well as the reasons to appreciate it in daily life.

MEMORIES OF THE MEETINGS SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT ___________________________________________ The First Transnational Project Meeting on the 21st–25th November, 2016 in Konya in Turkey Ieva Siliune, the coordinator in the school, and Asta Zavadskiene, the headmistress, represented Kelme “Aukuras” basic school.

The representatives of the partner schools attended meetings in Meram Mehmet– Munevver Kurban Anatolian secondary school that is the coordinator school of the project. They also visited Yuksel Bahadir Alayli Science and Art Centre in Konya in Turkey.

The First Transnational Training, Teaching and Learning Activities Meeting on the13th–17th March, 2017 in Karditsa in Greece The team of 2 teachers and 5 students of “Aukuras” basic school took part in the first transnational training, teaching and learning activities in 1 Epal Vocational Training school of Karditsa in Greece. They carried out various training and learning activities related to the goal of the project.

The eighth formers Evelina Grigalaityte, Ema Staseviciute, Deimante Kybartaite, Guste Vaitkute and Kristupas Gecas represented the school. Ieva Siliune, the deputy of the school as well as the coordinator of the project in the school, led the team, Virginija Balaboniene, who is the teacher, accompanied the students.
