Hi there and welcome to our very own new e-magazine.
theshowerlab™ has strengthened the sales team by promoting Alex Cooper to Sales Director and appointed Jerry Pilon as Area Sales Manager.
With the business on such a sustained growth curve we thought that the time was right to communicate a little more with our customers, hence the launch of this magazine. I’m sure that most of you who have met Alex in his capacity as Area Sales Manager over the last 3 years or so will agree that his promotion is richly deserved and that he is realising his obvious potential. Alex joined theshowerlab™ back in 2012 from a close competitor and was given responsibilities for developing business in the South & Southwest London plus surrounding home counties of the UK and despite difficult economic trading conditions he has increased business considerably thus totally justifying his promotion. Welcome to Jerry Due to sustained sales growth, we have expanded our sales team by appointing Jerry Pilon as Area Sales Manager for Kent, North & East London plus surrounding counties. Many of you will know Jerry as he has vast shower enclosure industry experience. Jerry says “I’m so pleased to have joined the team as they are a great bunch with some real characters; furthermore, its obvious that the company is really going places because the whole Showerlab proposition is what the market wants right now; the products are of the highest design and manufacturing quality and we have an after-sales service that is, in my opinion, the best in the market.“

The Curium 19H Fixed Panel & Hinged Return Panel walk-in shower enclosure is a frameless glass shower screen, designed to optimise space whilst being easy to use. The hinged panel creates a perfect seal to prevent water escaping from the showering area when in use but afterwards it can be re-positioned by handily moving the screen through 180⁰ to stow neatly against the fixed panel.

LINE Y TRAY IS UNVEILED Line Y trays are manufactured using ‘Scene’, a composition of mineral materials, organic polymers and specific additives, it is also known as synthetic stone and belongs to the group of ‘solid surface’ materials. It is very sturdy and durable, resistant to chemicals, tactile and is therefore pleasant to touch, hygienic, no edges or seams and is available in a wide variety of shapes creating an ideal technical and aesthetic solution to any bathroom environment. The Line Y range of solid surface shower trays is available in a range of sizes, both standard and bespoke, made to measure options. Water drains to a stylish and innovative waste fitting that is cleverly concealed by a cover made in the same material, providing a neat & bespoke appearance. All Line Y trays have a white textured finish.

theshowerlab™ is expert at providing solutions for even the most challenging bathroom designs. In illustration one, you can see the Dubnium 11 enclosure has been installed from floor to ceiling to enable use with a steam generator and a clever notch in the glass allows it to sit over an integral seat. The tray is installed on to a Zone shower tray. Image two shows our Indium 14 hinged bath screen. A cut out in the fixed panel was required to suit a boxed out ceiling detail, allowing for a full height screen to be installed.

INTRODUCING . . . The Indium 14.2F Square Top Two Panel Hinged Bath Screen is the perfect solution for interior designers and architects who may be planning a layout of a master or en-suite bathroom. The Indium 14.2F consists of an inline panel from which a 10mm thick glass frameless shower screen hinges. The fixed panel is slightly wider than the moving panel which allows for it to be moved through 180° over the bath and fit flat against the fixed panel. This frameless screen is designed to be installed on top of a bath.
