Microsoft Ambassador Czech Republic Mission:
We are recruiting a team of Brand Ambassadors to work exclusively for Microsoft to promote the company and their career opportunities at the University from November/December 2013 onwards. The successful Brand Ambassadors will need to be available to attend a training day at Microsoft Office in Prague. On the training day, you will learn all about what it’s like to work within the company and will discover the range of opportunities available. The training day will also provide guidance for undertaking the role of Brand Ambassador and will equip you with relevant skills. You will be actively involved in promoting Microsoft at the university and will be working closely with the HR/Recruitment team of Microsoft to do so.

To increase students attendance at on-campus/ university events To increase the number, quality and diversity of applications received from each university Represent Microsoft and increase visibility of the brand through on-campus and social media presence • To externalise the Microsoft culture and challenge any preconceptions • Role May Involve: Public Relations, Marketing, Event Planning, HR

Year Group: Open to 2nd to 4th Year Students Only Career minded and interested in a career with Microsoft Passionate, enjoying networking, confident, articulate, diligent and reliable Able to commit time to the campaigns (time needed per week may vary per University and given time period)

Your audience should be both students and graduates from your university. Please, when planning your activities remember about economies of scale. You have just been informed that in a week’s time HR Vice President of Microsoft will be visiting the Czech Republic. He will stay for 2 days. How would you take advantage of his presence in the Czech Republic to support your goal?
