What would you do for a living after you join our team
Work on design and delivery of HR strategies for these areas: Talent, Resourcing, Rewards and Learning & Development Form a practical understanding on how you can personally impact both the employee lifecycle within Vodafone and our customers Take part of the on-going resourcing activities: social media recruitment, campus activities, career portals & on-line attraction technologies Have a direct contribution to shaping the learning and development agenda: development programs, online training catalogue, etc Be an active part of delivering Vodafone Talent & Reward on-going programs
How would you know if you are a fit You have an HR related University Degree (preferable, but not limited at: Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, etc) You are able to operate with numbers (basic Excel and analytical skills) and you can draw quality conclusions based on available data You are comfortable using social media channels as resourcing tools You are curious, argumentative and fast You are able to do small things with great pleasure
