DESIGNATION/POSITION OF TEACHERS
The table shows about the designation or position of teachers at Jasaan National High School for three(3) consecutive years which started from the school year 2020 to 2021. For the SY 2020 – 2021; 76% or 58 of teachers occupied for Teacher 1 and 57 teachers on the following 2 school years.

As afformentioned above, there was a low average of promotion of teachers due to some valid reasons. These observations directs to the reconsidering the welfare benefits available to teachers. They should progress their carreer position for they are often directly affected by distractions in communities caused by pandemic and other natural disasters and are called upon to provide service above and beyond their role as education providers.
Meanwhile, there is also a need to reorganize and reactivate our School Governing Council . The team was not functional since the loss of their president during the pandemic time.

Ipcrf Rating Of Teachers
The data showed that 57% of the teachers rated Very Satisfactory (VS) and 43% rated Outstanding (O) for SY 2019 – 2020. The following years that are SY 2020 – 2021 and SY 2021 – 2022 showed constant increase of teachers with Outstanding (O) rating, representing 8% and 9% respectively, consequently reducing the number of teachers with VS rating.
The lockdown somehow affected the Performance of Teachers, as all were struggling with the pandemic which may explain the lesser number of teachers with Outstanding performance in 2020. The succeeding years reflected an increase as the Different Learning Modalities came into play and were easily adapted.
In view of the New Normal, it is hoped to have a gradual increase of 2% on the number of teachers with the highest rating.
With COT as the main MOV in the IPCRF, Project E-CLICK (Enhanced Computer Literacy for Teachers in Implementing Interactive and Collaborative Instruction Kit) is designed to help teachers achieve maximum rating especially in the use of ICT. Moreover, Differentiated Instruction is a struggle for teachers in earning the highest points, hence Project MIND (Manage Individual Needs of Diverse Learners) is created to bridge teachers’ ability to design lessons addressing Diversity of Learners manifested in Differentiated Instruction.
