Tagged as the largest secondary school in the municipality, Jasaan National High School stands proud as one of the premiere mega high schools in the Division od Misamis Oriental.

Beaming with its 50 years of existence, the school has expanded from a mere Barangay Night High School with only 335 students, now it has grown to more than 3000 learners. A little over two thousand of which is the Junior High School Department and the remaining over one thousand learners are from the Senior High School.

Currently, the school has two campuses – one for the Junior High School and the other for the Senior High School. Both the two campuses are located in Lower Jasaan, Jasaan, Misamis Orietnal.

Its Junior HIgh School Campus seats on approximately over 6,000 sq.m. of land on top of a hill overlooking the Cabulig River. While its Senior HIgh School Campus occupies the original campus site adjacent to the Jasaan Municipal Hospital with approximately 1,000 sq.m. of land area.

With our 118 strong teaching and non-teaching personnel headed by its school principal Mrs. Fe D. Arancon together with the Assistant to the Principal, Mr. Grenberge B, Tiamrio, II and Ms. Leizl V. Macalisang, Assistant Principal in the Senior High School, the school continues its zeal and commitment in providing quality education to all its learners with the help of its active and supportive stakeholders even amidst this pandemic and beyond.

Where do majority of our learners come from?

Jasaan National HIgh School caters to all learners from the 15 barangays of Jasaan.

However, majority of learners come from five barangays in Jasaan namely the poblacion barangays of Upper and Lower Jasaan and in the coastal barangays of Kimaya, Solana, and San Antonio.

Other learners from the other barangays were distributed in the nearby public secondary schools in the municipality, that is Bobontugan National High School, Aplaya National High School, Luz Banzon Integrated School, Natubo Integrated School, and Corrales Integrated School.

There are also other private schools in the community like the St. Mary’s Academy of Jasaan, Colegio de Sto. Niño de Jasaan, and Master Tomas School.

The Junior High School Campus has six high rise buildings. Four of which are 4-storey-8-classroom buildings where one is used as laboratory building; while another one is a two-storey-10 classroom building, and the other is a two-storey-4-classroom building where the administrative offices are located in the ground floor.

Four other one-storey classroom buildings can be found in the vicinity of the school. There are also onestorey structures that were used as the school canteen and miscellaneous offices.

On the other hand, the school as it was located in the poblacion is near to the public market, community hospital, municipal hall, town plaza, parish church, police and fire stations, and other public and private schools including a private and a public university.

The school has a regular water supply through local piped water. It has also 1 rainwater catchment. It has a 24-hour availability of electrical grid supply and internet connectivity.

Transportation to the school is not a problem. It can easily be accessed. Usual mode of transport is via motorcycle or locally known as habal-habal, motorela, and any four-wheel vechicles.

Jasaan is a second class municipality and is one of the growing agri-industrial areas in the 2nd district of Misamis Oriental. It is the site of the three big manufacturing firms, namely: Pilipinas Kao, Inc; RI Chemicals Corporation and PICMW, Inc..

These firms provide the much needed employment opportunities for the residents. Majority of the people however, are still dependent on coconut farming, rice field cultivation, and small time fishing.

Basedon available data collected, a great chunk of our parents have no formal schooling (24.4%) and/or high school level only (19.8%) while another 16.2% have only reached elementary level.

Only 7.9% are college graduates and 12.7% have reached college level.

To cater to the different needs, skills and intelligences of learners, Jasaan National High School has went beyond the regular K to 12 Curriculum of the Department of Education.

The school also offers three other special curricular programs, namely, the Special Program in Journalism, Special Program in the Arts, and the Special Education Program

The K to 12 curriculum covers four years of Junior High School, and two years of Senior High School which focuses on the mastery of concepts and skills, develop lifelong learners, and prepare graduates for tertiary education, middle-level skills development, employment, and entrepreneurship.

The program is a four-year course in journalism at the secondary level. It is designed to develop the learners’ skills in mass communication, print, online and broadcast media. Its main focus is primarily on writing as a process and as an art.

This is a program which covers different Arts Fields. The program is designed to cultivate the learners’ skills in Music, Visual Arts, Theater Arts, Media Arts, Creative Writing and Dance.

This is an ‘education designed to facilitate the learning of individuals who, for a wide variety of reasons, require additional support and adaptive pedagogical methods in order to participate and meet learning objectives in an educational programme’

The Open High School Program provides an opportunity for elementary school graduates, high school drop-outs and successful examinees of the Philippine Education Placement Test (PEPT) to complete secondary education in a purely distance learning mode.

Math Equipment

As to learning materials, the school has received a total of 342 assorted Math equipment ranging from storage cabinet, graphing boards, geoboards, probability, graphing and scientific calculators, compasses, protractors, geometrical model sets of cones, cylinders, prisms, pyramids, spheres, and the like which amounted to more than Php 223,000.00 pesos.

Science Equipment

For Science equipment, the school has received 48 different kinds of calculators, 238 assorted glass graduated cylinders, mortar and pestles, petri dishes, Erlenmeyer flasks, beakers, reagent bottles, alcohol lamps and small and large test tubes. On the other hand, the school also received 29 assorted plastic graduated cylinders and beakers.

It has also 113 assorted metal Bunsen burners, triple beam balances, platform balances, beam balances, optical bench sets. weighing scales, utility kitchen / spring scales, and electrical conductivity apparatus. It also has 2 dissecting microscopes, 5 compound microscopes, 100 microscope compound 4 objectives and 5 astronomical telescopes.

Moreover, there are a total of 24 different charts in Human Anatomy, World of Plants, Periodic Table of Elements, Animal Kingdom, Rocks and Minerals, Laboratory Apparatus, Solar System, and DNA. It has also 61 different models of Human Torso,

Animal cell mitosis, animal cell meiosis, muscular syste,. blood circulatory, nervous system, respiratory system, digestive system, skeletal system, heart model, human skin, excretory system, female reproductive system and model of DNA.

Other than that it has more than 7000 other science laboratory equipment that amounted to almost 3 million pesos.

Library

On the other hand, the library is still under makeover as it is transferred to a new location. However, it has about more than 700 assorted book collections with 4 tables and 30 chairs.

Books

There is a lot of book shortage in various learning areas across grade levels. To be specific, TLE has no book delivery in all grade levels. Aside from that, there has been no book deliveries in Math 7, English 8, and AP 10.

Computers

The school has been blessed with a lot of deliveries for computer, math and science equipment. Currently, the school has 49 functioning computers and 52 netbooks. The Senior High School has 40 computers, 7 laptops, and 50 tablet PCs that are all functioning.

Jasaan National High School is blessed to have the strong support of its internal and external stakeholders.

The school’s leading stakeholders are the Local Government Unit headed by Mayor Redentor S. Jardin. The two publacion barangays are also the school’s staunch supporters ---- Lower Jasaan Barangay Council is headed by Hon. Sabas Tagarda and the Upper Jasaan Barangay Council is headed by Hon. Allan Eleuterio.

Other than these strong government pillars, the school also have a remarkable collaboration with the Municipal Welfare and Social Development, the Rural Health Unit, the PNP-Jasaan, the Immacualte Concepcion Parish and the Municipal Disaster Risk Management Council.

It has also the strong support of the School Parent Teacher Association headed by Mr. Lori S. Baldezamo as well as the Alumni Association which is lead by Mr. TIto Nalagon.

The Faculty Club and the Supreme Student Government also has the back of the school administration.

Moreover, the school has an outstanding partnership with the town’s local industries like the Pilipinas Kao, Inc., RI Chemicals, Philippine Iron Construction & Marine Works, and the SophieRed Hotel and Restaurant to name a few.

1. HISTORICAL ENROLLMENT

For three years, Jasaan National High School’s consolidated enrollment of both Junior and Senior High School has gradually increased from 3391 in SY 2019-2020 to 3425 in SY 2020-2021 and then significantly increased from 3425 to 3566 in SY 2021-2022 but dramatically dropped to 3488 in the present school year, it has significantly dropped from 3566 to 3488.

Nonetheless, based on the given data, the school has roughly an average of 1% increase per year.

It is important to note that the significant enrollment increase happened during the implementation of modular distance learning and the significant drop occurred upon the return of the face-to-face classes. Therefore, it may be deduced that there are learners who might find it difficult to attend regular classes for reasons of financial constraints, domestic responsibilities, and work.

Although the general enrollment of Jasaan National High School is increasing in the last three years, it is important to note that enrollment trends in Junior and Senior High School Departments are different. As seen in the data, the Junior High School enrollment has been decreasing of atleast 6% per year while the Senior High School Department is increasing exponentially of at atleast 15% per year.

2. ENROLLMENT BY GRADE LEVEL, BY GENDER

In general, Jasaan National High School enrollment for SY 2022-2023 has more male than female learners. The data revealed that 52% of the enrollees are male and 48% are female. Further, it can be noticed that it is in the Senior High School that one can find more male than female learners. In the Junior High School, there is only a slight difference in the male and female population. However, unlike the Senior High School, there are more female learners in the Junior High Hchool than male. The school’s non-graded classes also has more male than female learners.

3. GROSS ENROLLMENT AND NET ENROLLMENT

Data shows that there are high gross enrollment and net enrollment rates for both Junior and Senior High School. This means that there is a high degree of participation of learners.

Further, the data also indicate that there are a lot of learners and school-aged children in the community who prefer to enroll in Jasaan National High School

4. COHORT SURVIVAL

The data above showed that the Cohort Survival Rate for Junior and Senior High School has generally increased in the last 4 years. From 89.16% in SY 2019, the Cohort Survival in the Junior High School has increased to 96.94% in SY 2022-2023. On the other hand, for the Senior High School, the Cohort Survival has fluctuated as it increased in SY2020 from a 74.07% rate in 2019 to 84.77% in 2020. It has however dramatically dropped in SY 2021 from 84.77% to 74.93%, the pademic scholl year, and then as the onsite face-to-face classes returned, the cohort survival rate has increased significantly to 88.20%. This rate is still low considering that the aim is to have a 100% Cohort Survival Rate.

5. SCHOOL LEAVER

School Leavers for the Junior High School has significantly dropped from 1.19% in SY 2019-2020 to 0.32% in the present school year. For the Senior High School, data is very minimal -- all at below one percent for the four school years. However, school leavers has fluctuated from 0.06% in 2019 to 0.10% in 2020 down to 0.01% in 2021 and has gone slighly up to 0.02% in the present school year.

5. DROP OUT RATE

Data above showed the trend of the drop out rate for both Junior and Senior High School . For Junior High School, the data generally decreased from 1.77% in SY 2018 to 0.36% in SY 2021. However, there is a different picture for the Senior High School, it’s drop out rate has fluctuated but generally increased over the last four years from 0.96% in 2019 to 2.18% in 2022.

The data show that learners who no longer participate in school come from the Grade 10 level and the Senior High School level. Further, there are equal number of male and female learners who dropped out from class.

Based on the data, work tops it at 36%. Having family problem follows at 27% while 17% of the dropped-out learners either changed residence or became pregnant. The lowest reason is lack of interest.

6. PROMOTION RATE

The data above showed that the Promotion Rate of the Junior High School Department has increased from 96.30% in SY 2018 - 2019 to 99.55% in SY 2021-22. However, for the Senior High School, the promotion rate has significantly dropped from 97.87% in SY 2018-2019 to 94.26% in SY 2021-2022.

7. COMPLETION / GRADUATIOIN RATE

The data above showed that the Completion Rate of the Junior High School Department has increased from 97.8% in SY 2018 - 2019 to 100% in two successive school years SY 2020-2021 to 2021-2022. On the other hand, for the Senior High School, the Graduation Rate has also increased from 95.7% in SY 2018 to 97% in SY 2021.

8. REPETITION RATE

The Repetition Rate based on the data above showed that the Junior High School has decreased from 2.51 % in SY 2018 to 0.15% in SY 2021. Same is true with the Senior High School Depar tment where they were able to zero-out their repetition rate in SY 2022 from a repetition rate of 0.75% in SY 2019.

9. RETENTION RATE

The data above showed that the Junior High School Retention Rate has inreased from 95.28 % in SY 2018 to 99.82% in SY 2021. Same is true with the Senior High School Depar tment where they were able to perfect their retention rate in SY 2022 from 99.57% in SY 2019 to 100% in 2022.

10. TRANSITION RATE

Above data showed the Transition Rate of elementary learners from our feeder schools to junior high school. It can be seen that the transition has increased from 47.39% to 91.30%. Moreover, the Transition Rate from Junior to Senior High School alas decreased from 104% to 82%. This could mean thatn learners from feeder schools could have opted to enro;ll in other nearby schools.

READING PROFILE LEVELS, SY 2022-2023

The Reading Profile of learners as shown in the data above tells as the significant changes from the pre-test to the post results across grade levels in the Junior HIgh School level.

For one, there has been a significant increase in the number of Independent Readers and the Instructional Readers after the post test. The highest increment in the increase of Independent Readers is found in Grade 10 where from 95 Independet readers ithas become 208 during post test.

Moreover, the non-readers in Grades 7-10 were zeroed out and the Frustration Readers from Grades 7-10 also has decreased significantly in the post test. The biggest decrease of Frustration Readers can be found in Grade 8 where from 313 frustration readers in the pre-test, it has become only 28 in the post test.

This only means that the intervention given during the implementation of the Learning Recovery and Continuity Plan entitled Panalo ang Batang Bumabasa of Jasaan National High School has become effective.

LEARNING STANDARDS PERFORMANCE, SY2021

Our school has always focused on boosting the percentage of high achievers and reducing the number of underachievers. In order to evaluate how well students fared for the SY 2021–2022 period, we used this information to examine the CMSS data to determine which subjects had high and low percentages of student’s performance at a high or low level.

The performance percentage for each subject and each quarter was almost on the same level, for instance, in the first two quarters of the English subject, students who obtained an average of 85-89% and 90-100% dropped to the proportion of 30-31% (1st qtr.), which was almost on par with the second quarter (31-32%). According to the results shown in the graph, students performed well overall, receiving scores of 85-89% and 90-100% (5058%) in three of the required subjects: Science, English, and Filipino. Based on the data, nobody got grades of 74 or lower in their performance. It indicates that despite potential challenges during the pandemic, the students were driven to thoroughly understand the topics that would help them achieve at their best. The activities below were crafted and implemented by the teachers to assist the students in reaching this high-performance level.

the main objective of this program of the AP department is to improve the reading skills of slow and non-readers and to develop the love and interest of the different tourist spots in the Philippines and abroad.

PA (Word Enhancement in Reading

Power and Achievement). This is a community involvement reading remediation program that assisted struggling readers vis-à-vis feeding program, donation of snacks and lunch from generous stakeholders. It was a program which is a success because it has motivated the community to help and assist students to love reading.

With the MOA signed with the barangay Kapitan and their Kagawads, they shall accompany the MODULE PANDA team to deliver and retrieve modules in selected barangays for all those who cannot get their modules on time for valid reason. Those families who signified the difficulty of getting and returning their modules will have their modules delivered to them in the barangay hall of their residence barangay; and at an appointed time, the learner shall submit their answered modules and shall be picked up by the mobile/ multicab only for that purpose. With this program, number of uncollected and unreturned modules remarkably dropped.

Ensuring the quality of learner’s outputs through careful evaluation. Build up appropriate techniques in the reproduction of the modules thus reducing the work of teachers and time saving as well.

With the projects and programs of intervention going accordingly, the learners developed positive response towards their lessons and in learning in general.

LEARNING STANDARDS PERFORMANCE, SY 2022

The core subjects- English, Math, and Science share very close number of students 34 to 35% who reached 90-100% grades. Similar 11% for those who struggled with the subject bordering only to 75 to 79% grades and less than 1% for those who failed.

It clearly shows that there is struggle from two years closedown of the school, where there was practically no teacher to teach all the concepts to the learners. When schools are finally open, there was already a gap of the previous lessons to the present. Students find it difficult to connect the previous lessons to the face-to-face classes. It shows in the graph. To immediately address this difficulty in the core subjects mentioned, the following interventions were crafted per subject area to aid students to catch up and understand lessons which they found difficult.

For the English subject, “Late Exit” where teachers prepared exercises to build and strengthen Vocabulary in every student. They need to have better vocabulary skills for better reading comprehension in any subject.

For Math, we have “Math-Saya” where students enjoy the different Math concepts thru games and drills. They earn points, they increase their grades.

For the 2%, or the 44 students who don’t have grades, they are still in the process in complying and completing performance tasks, remediation activities that would facilitate better outputs and better grades.

We have also the program “PARES” Parents’ Active Response in Engaging Students attention to Studies- by all class advisers to coordinate to all the parents who need to extend time and attention to motivate their children to perform better and respond well to all the worksheets provided so that they can easily catch up with the missed lessons.

It is understood that lessons in the later part of the school year are expected to be more difficult than the first two grading periods, so with the coordination with the parents and intervention programs provided by the core subject areas, no student shall be left behind.

For the rest of the subjects: Filipino, TLE, Araling Panlipunan, MAPEH, ESP subjects have number of students who have grades 90 to 100% is slightly higher reaching 40 to 41%.

Only 8% of those with 75% to 79% grades; and 1% of students who failed in the second grading period.

The previous intervention program had done well during the pandemic time. Since it was lockdown of all schools, we relied heavily to parents in teaching and motivating students to read and answer their modules. We have various intervention programs that tap parents to communicate regularly with their class advisers to help or assist students who are lagging in the comprehension of the discussion. There are programs of each of the subject area that would help parents take the lessons in simplest way possible; and for the students to have the handson in carrying out the lessons and the different performance tasks.

Intervention program to connect with the parents is also implemented.

Filipino has project Fili-funtastik, which aims to increase vocabulary skills while speaking the language in and out of the classroom. Points shall be given to those who stick by the rules.

TLE has project SALES- Students Active Learning & Earning Scheme in School-Here, students do not only enjoy learning the art of cooking, but they also earn. They also come to understand and learn the best practices of cooking and saving.

Araling Panlipunan- Museo ng Kasaysayan, Bulletin Eksibit ng A. P, Program ana nagtataguyod ng Karapatan.With this multiple programs, students will not have a hard time memorizing important dates, events and places. Students are even assigned as “tour guides” as classmates make a tour in their “Museo”.

MAPEH has KanDuYaw- Kanta, Dula at Sayaw. These MAPEH skills may not come easy to some of the students who still need to work out their shyness and lack of skill. Under this project, with the help of other classmates coaching/ peer tutoring, the shy ones will enjoy the activities and hopefully improve their grades, gain their self-confidence, and widen their circle of friends.

This school year, being the very first year when the schools are open to the public, there are a lot of things that need to be done gradually. To adapt and adjust to the coming back of the students to the school, the school and teachers need to tailor-suit the above-mentioned set of programs and projects to address students’ another adjustment to the school environment and competencies after 2 years of lockdown. We are still in the middle of the school year. With the strengthened implementation of all the intervention program and projects by every subject area, it is expected that students shall be able to catch up and improve their performance from 3rd grading period until the end of the year.

It is therefore very clear to us all that if we leave the students on their own without our intervention, students will most likely not improve, would not be motivated to study harder or worst, students drop from school. Our various intervention is our very own response to the advocacy of Department of Education’s call for “No student should be left behind policy”. With the school and home working together, every child shall face tomorrow with confidence and competence.

The table shows the number of students in every grade level with psychosocial cases (mental health problem). This data is based on the anecdotal record gathered by the Guidance Counselor of Jasaan National High School S.Y. 2022-2023.

The data further revealed that the grade level that has the highest number of learners with Psychosocial Cases are in the Grade 9 level having 4 cases, followed by the Grade 7 having 2 cases and the Grade 8 and 10 having only 1 case each.

Nutrition and Health Status of Learners S.Y. 2022-2023

Prevalence of Stunting in Learners

In the current school year, majority (78.04%) of the learners have normal weight while 2.57% and 9.21% of the student population are severely wasted and wasted respectively. Only 1.87% are overweight and 0.23% are obese. There are also 573 (22.27%) learners who are stunted.

Nutritional Status of Learners in SY 2019 - 2020

In S.Y. 2019-2020, it can be seen that the school has a total of 49 severely wasted learners and 338 wasted learners. The Grade 8 has the most number of severely wasted having 16 and 67 wasted respectively. This is followed by Grade 7 that has 8 severely wasted and 64 wasted. Furthermore, the severely wasted is 1.55% of the population of the school and 10.72% are wasted. The result may be small in terms of percentage in a population of 3,154 for the S.Y. 2019-2020. There are 2,751 learners or 87.22% that belong to the normal nutritional status or their weight is proportional to their height.

Given the baseline data of the students’ nutritional health status (S.Y. 2022-2023) at the beginning of the school year, the school generally aims to decrease the number of learners who have wasted and severely wasted nutritional status in order to perform well in academic and extra-curricular activities and to cope with various challenges in life. The school will implement programs and activities that aim to improve their health status like feeding program and provide health services

NUMBER OF BULLYING CASES

The table presents the number of bullying cases in Jasaan National High School for the last 4 years. Most of these cases include verbal bullying particularly name calling, cyber bullying and physical bullying.

In school year 2019-2020, before the pandemic time, there was a total of 12 bullying cases recorded, with grade 7 level having the highest number.

The pandemic years refrained the students from social interactions as their learning was only based on modular learning.

For this school year, the number of bullying cases increased compared to the school year before the global pandemic. This is due to the following reason that this school year marks the transition from modular learning into face-to-face learning. Most of the students learned to adjust with their peers, teachers, and learning environment. To note, their last social interactions was 2 years before.

For instance, the last social exposure of the grade 7 and 8 students was when they were still in the 5th and 6th grades and the grade 9 and 10 students when they were in the 7th and 8th grades respectively. Students have yet to learn and adjust with the respective behaviors of their peers in the class.

Data above reveal that the Junior High School has no, classroom, seat, and toilet to learner issues. However, the Senior High School has a serious problem on learner, toilet, and seat to learner ratio. Moreover, both the Junior and Senior High School also has no sufficient number of computers for the entire learner population as it has a 1:23 and 1:16 ratio for the junior and senior high school, respectively.

Learner to Book Ratio (Junior High School)

Data on the table showed that there are no available books for learners in TLE from Grades 7 to 10. There are also no books in English 8, Math 7, and AP 10. However, the Grade 9 level is the only level that has a 1:1 learner to book ratio. The rest of the grade level has 2:1 or as high as 5:1 learner to book ratio in various subjects. The grade level who has the most lacking of books is the Grade 10 level, followed by the Grade 8 then the Grade 7.

In a big picture scenario, the teacher to learner ratio in Jasaan National High School is small and very ideal at 1:26. On the other hand, the senior high school has a different scenario having a general teacher to learner ratio at 1:45.

However, if we are going to break down the learner to teacher ratio by learning area, special program, and tracks, it will be a different story. Take a look at the illustrations below:

The data above showed that the school needs more teachers in ESP, MAPEH, Science, English, SPJ, HUMSS, and SMAW.

DESIGNATION/POSITION OF TEACHERS

The table shows about the designation or position of teachers at Jasaan National High School for three(3) consecutive years which started from the school year 2020 to 2021. For the SY 2020 – 2021; 76% or 58 of teachers occupied for Teacher 1 and 57 teachers on the following 2 school years.

As afformentioned above, there was a low average of promotion of teachers due to some valid reasons. These observations directs to the reconsidering the welfare benefits available to teachers. They should progress their carreer position for they are often directly affected by distractions in communities caused by pandemic and other natural disasters and are called upon to provide service above and beyond their role as education providers.

Meanwhile, there is also a need to reorganize and reactivate our School Governing Council . The team was not functional since the loss of their president during the pandemic time.

IPCRF RATING OF TEACHERS

The data showed that 57% of the teachers rated Very Satisfactory (VS) and 43% rated Outstanding (O) for SY 2019 – 2020. The following years that are SY 2020 – 2021 and SY 2021 – 2022 showed constant increase of teachers with Outstanding (O) rating, representing 8% and 9% respectively, consequently reducing the number of teachers with VS rating.

The lockdown somehow affected the Performance of Teachers, as all were struggling with the pandemic which may explain the lesser number of teachers with Outstanding performance in 2020. The succeeding years reflected an increase as the Different Learning Modalities came into play and were easily adapted.

In view of the New Normal, it is hoped to have a gradual increase of 2% on the number of teachers with the highest rating.

With COT as the main MOV in the IPCRF, Project E-CLICK (Enhanced Computer Literacy for Teachers in Implementing Interactive and Collaborative Instruction Kit) is designed to help teachers achieve maximum rating especially in the use of ICT. Moreover, Differentiated Instruction is a struggle for teachers in earning the highest points, hence Project MIND (Manage Individual Needs of Diverse Learners) is created to bridge teachers’ ability to design lessons addressing Diversity of Learners manifested in Differentiated Instruction.

The school has carried out numerous techniques and strategies which aim to develop the learners’ content knowledge and skills in the best way possible.

Its dedication is evident through the efforts showed which strengthens the support systems of the school to better improve its educational planning and management. For the last five (5) years the school is accredited and achieved Level III in School Based Management. To achieve the SBM Level III implies that the school is practicing the structured mechanisms, processes, and practices with excellence thus, it generates public confidence.

The challenge to remain in the same level for the next six years lies not only in the wide knowledge and skills of administrators, but in the perseverance and hard work of the teachers, cooperation and dedication of students and parents and community coupled with strong networking linkages are considered factors to a successful SBM program.
