Obituary
SMSgt Steven R. Bickham, Sr. (Ret.), age 50, of Allen, Texas, passed away October 6, 2015. Steven was born July 27, 1965, in Franklinton, Louisiana, to Moses and Nolean (Fortenberry) Bickham. He married Charlette Barlow on September 9, 1994, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Steven proudly served in the United States Air Force retiring as a SMSgt. He enjoyed playing golf, basketball, flag football and other sports throughout his life. Steven was a member of the Potter’s House of North Dallas in Frisco, Texas where he faithfully served as a Deacon. He is survived by his devoted wife, Charlette Bickham of Allen, Texas; daughter, Courtney Alvarez also of Allen; sons, Byron Weary and wife, Dominique of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and SSgt Steven Bickham, Jr. and wife, Jamika of Sheppard AFB, Texas; grandchildren, Ladarian Weary, Tayshaun Weary, Christian Weary, Cameron Weary, and Janiya Bickham; mother, Nolean Bickham of Franklinton, Louisiana; and siblings, Jerry Bickham and wife, Grisselda, Rick Bickham and wife, Debra, Mary Katherine Barker and husband, Burdell, Phylliss Bickham, Patricia Harvey and husband, Terrance, Sandra Robertson and husband, J. T., Tracy McMasters and husband, Reginald, and Vicki Jackson and husband, Keith. He was preceded in death by his father.
