Start Smart Soccer
3 yrs A parent-child developmental program created to prepare three-year-olds for organized sports. Parents work with their children in a structured environment as they learn how to properly teach and support their children in sports. All participants receive a t-shirt and participation award. Pre-K Soccer Training League

1st-12th grade Basketball training will focus on core basketball fundamentals for all skill levels. Areas of concentration include, but are not limited to: shooting mechanics, speed and control dribbling, on-and-off-the-ball defense, footwork, and offensive and defensive principles. Private workouts are customized to meet the needs of the player. Group workouts are great for discounted pricing and offer the opportunity to work on team offense and defense skill building that can’t be done in a 1-on-1 setting. Special Events 13th Annual Kids Triathlon
New Date!
5-16 yrs Prepare for an end-of-the-summer challenge: The J’s 13th Annual Kids Triathlon. This unique event will take you all over the J’s I.E. Millstone Campus (Creve Coeur) as you swim, bike and run your way to an amazing achievement. Ages 5-6-year-olds will compete in a 50y swim, 1.5mi bike and quarter-mile run. Ages 7-10 compete in a 100y swim, 3mi bike and half mile run challenge while 11-16-year-olds add some distance with a 200y swim, 6mi bike, and 1 mile run before the finish line. Bike/helmet safety check and performance shirt provided. Awards will be presented following the last heat. Registration must be completed by 8/29.
