This nationally accredited program introduces discipline and respect with a focus on fitness, control and technique. Little ones will have fun learning and training while building confidence and coordination. Basketball Skills and Drills Camp___________________
5th-8th grade Led by Coach Doug Boe, former two-time high school state championship winning coach and member of the High School Hall of Fame. The skills and drills camp is a great way for players to improve their game. Players will work on ball handling, shooting and passing. Players also will have an opportunity to compete. The camp will include high quality instruction in a fun environment and all skill levels are welcome to participate. SFC or Fox Girls

About our Basketball Instructor Coach Doug Boe was a three-sport athlete growing up in Minneapolis. He graduated from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN where he was a captain of the football, baseball and basketball team. Coach Boe taught school in Burnsville, MN and coached men’s and women’s basketball for 34 years. His team won two state championships. Coach Boe is the only Minnesota basketball head coach to win more than 200 games each in both men’s and women’s basketball. He is a member of the Minnesota Coaches Hall of Fame and a recent inductee of the Southwest High School Hall of Fame.

This is a Parent/Child participation program. We will have many activities that directly relate to motor skill development. Each class will consist of interactive games with the use of many different props. “First Touch Interactive Story Telling” will help the little ones understand participation, sportsmanship, sharing and team concepts along with the basic skills of soccer. J Soccer – First Touch____________________________ 4-5 year olds This is a true introduction to soccer with our focus on balance, coordination, and the understanding of how the body moves. We will cover the basic ball skills needed to play the game of soccer with the emphasis on the individual player’s development; (1-on-1 moves, passing, receiving, dribbling and finishing). During our instruction of each skill, we will be introducing many games that make the learning process more exciting and challenging for each participant. J Soccer – CORE Essentials_______________________
8-14 year olds This progressive training program will implement a short 10–12-minute technical training session, then procede into game play. The staff will focus on individual player enhancement and begin to separate participants into different teams to play small sided games. The staff may also move players (even during a game) from one team to another or even one group to another so that everyone has the best playing experience. Catch pickleball fever! This fun sport combines elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis in the gym. See what you can do with a paddle, plastic ball and a slightly modified tennis net. Pickleball League_____________________________
18 years and older Our pickleball leagues are for all ages and skill levels. Players can expect to play for 1.5 hours each session (6 total games per league day). Our schedules are made in advance, but league members are given access to the league manager at all times to request scheduling accommodations. Teams must register together. Leagues will be divided into Rec Players, Intermediate Players and Advanced Players. No games 10/5. Fox Wed $160p/$200p per team

Pickleball Private Lessons______________________
18 years and older Private and semi-private lessons are a perfect option for players looking to catch up or get ahead. Our lessons give the participant individualized attention to help improve or teach the basics of pickleball. You set the agenda by working with the instructor to determine goals. The instructor will then customize lessons to meet these objectives. Private Pickleball lessons are available for youth and adults who are beginners to the sport or those who have been playing at a higher level. Lessons are one hour in length and can accommodate one to four people. Each season consists of seven regular season games and a single elimination tournament for the top four teams. Max roster: 12 players.
