Taekwondo Yong Shins / Little Ninjas

4-6 year-olds An introductory class into the world of Taekwondo. This nationally accredited program introduces discipline and respect with a focus on fitness, control, and technique. Little ones will have fun learning and training while building confidence and coordination. Taekwondo

6 years and older Instructors determine the appropriate class level for students. Training uses a combination of combat techniques, self-defense, sport, exercise, meditation, entertainment and philosophy. Baseball Start Smart Baseball

3 year-olds This parent-child developmental program prepares three-year-old for organized sports. Parents work with their children in a structured environment (involvement is mandatory) and learn how to properly teach and support their children in sports. Participants receive a t-shirt and award. Pre-K Baseball Training League (T-Ball)

4-5 year-olds (Pre-K only) This is an instructional t-ball program for players to further develop basketball skills including throwing, fielding and hitting. Program begins with practices, followed by games. Participants receive a team jersey and trophy. Games played at both J locations. No program 4/17. Baseball Skills Academy

K-6th Grade Learn the skills and put them to work in youth baseball. Focus on baseball training through drills and small game play. All participants receive a shirt. No program 4/17. SFC or Fox Sun 3/27-5/22 K-2nd: 12:45-1:45pm 3rd-5th: 2-3pm $99m/$129p

Mac & Jeanette Brown Youth Baseball League

K-8th Grade Learn the skills and put them to work in youth baseball. Team registration only; Individuals looking for teams please call. Teams can select a weeknight practice time at the J, with Sunday games offsite. Registration includes eight games, practices at the J and uniforms. Grades may be combined depending on enrollment. 1st-12th grade Baseball training focuses on core fundamentals for all skill levels. All parts of the game may be worked on. Private workouts are customized to meet the specific needs of the player. Basketball Basketball Training League

4-5 year-olds Specifically designed for kids enrolled in Pre-K, this league starts with practices where players focus on learning how to shoot, dribble, pass and have fun playing as a team. Basketball Skills Academy

Start Smart Basketball

3-4 year-olds A parent-child developmental program created to prepare youngsters for organized sports. Soccer J Soccer – Playtime

2-3 year-olds This is a parent/child participation program which will have many activities that directly relate to motor skill development. Each class will consist of interactive games with the use of many different props. “First Touch Interactive Storytelling” will help the little ones understand participation, sportsmanship, sharing and team concepts along with the basic skills of soccer. Run by CORE Soccer Training. 4-5 year-olds This is an introduction to soccer with our main focus on balance, coordination and the understanding of how the body moves. We will cover the basic ball skills needed to play the game with the emphasis on the individual player’s development; (1 v 1 moves, passing, receiving, dribbling and finishing). J Soccer – Ball Skills

6-12 year-olds The Field Player program has five stages of development: ball mastery/dribbling, passing/receiving, attacking/ defending, striking/finishing and group/game play. Run by CORE Soccer Training. Adult Sports Adult Indoor Soccer League

18 years and older Teams will play five weeks plus playoffs for top four teams. These leagues are 4v4 with keeper (5 people on court). Games are played on gym wood floor. Indoor Soccer is played with a running clock (2x22 minute halves) and substitutions are made on-the-fly. The speed of play enables players to develop quick reflexes and requires them to work on ball control and team skills. Skills improve rapidly which translates to better skills when players return to the outdoor game. Team registration required with complete payment. Men’s League and Women’s League available. Men’s Competitive & Recreational Basketball Leagues The most spirited league in the area includes two 20-minute halves with a running clock, except for timeouts and with under two minutes left in each half. Max roster size is 12 players. Competitive leagues may include players with high school and college experience, while rec leagues are geared for players with less high school play and/or regular pick-up game experience. Jerseys provided, if necessary, for a fee. Team registration required with complete payment. Leagues may be combined if minimum number of teams is not reached in league. Pickleball Open Play

All Ages Catch Pickleball fever with more than 60 hours of court times each week! This fun sport combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis in the gym. See what you can do with a paddle, plastic ball, and a slightly modified tennis net. All ages encouraged to check it out and join the fun.
