Ugadi Puraskar 1st April 2022 - Growth & Development Ugadi Puraskar is an event organized in association with 2 Co-LOs (JCI Vizag Pledians and JCI Port Amigos), where 5 teachers of Kendriya Vidyalaya, who served and created impact are facilitated and honoured. JC HGF Rekha Grandhi, President 2003, JCI Vizag took the initiative and provided us this chance to felicitate the award winners who are contributing extraordinarily to the field of education. JC HGF Venkatesh, our LO President attended the event.

Ugadi Celebrations- Mega Meet and Greet 2nd April 2022 - Growth & Development

JC Chaitanya Vasanthavada Ugadi celebrations is a Meet and Greet event planned in a way that the senior members and existing members can meet and share their journey in JCI Vizag and their earlier achievements. Past leaders and members along with their families came all the way to wish and bless our Team 2022. All the past leaders introduced themselves and shared their experiences during their tenure as an LGB officer, recollected the awards and achievements in the previous years and gave their inputs how to take JCI Vizag LO much higher. The existing LGB officers and new JCI members shared the details of the journey into JCI Vizag and the reason they joined.

Iconic MRF- LO Recognition 7th April 2022 - Growth & Management MRF is Monthly Reporting Format. As all LO (Local Organizations) are affiliated to JCI India, we report all the activities done in that month to JCI India NHQ in the form of MRF, before tenth of the next month. The Zone IV management team of JCI India came up with recognitions for LOs which submit MRF before 5th of every month as ICONIC MRF-LO. JCI Vizag is recognized as one of the Iconic MRF-LO for submitting March 2022 MRF before April 5th.

Build the Future 18th April 2022 - Business

Build the future is the program under One LO One Sustainable Project, where the target audience are children with age group of 8 to 16 years. The children of Sri Sharada Vidya Nilayam are provided with skill development and technology awareness program on robotics technology and practical inputs on STEM. 100 students benefited out of this session. JC Chaitanya Vasanthavada attended the session.

Fourth LO Governing Board Meeting 20th April 2022 - Management Fourth LO Governing Board Meeting was held in a Hybrid mode at Webindia, Balaji's Mangalagiri Chambers, Above Tycoon hotel & Virtually on Zoom, on 20th April from 7:30 PM. Nine LGB members attended the meeting. The key JCI Members from LO who attended are JC Brahmaji, JC HGF Rama Krishna B, JC HGF Sandhya Devi V, JFM S Ravi Kanth Reddy, JC HGF Ar Joshi Raju. Officers reports for March-2022 were presented and followed by discussion of new business.

Box of Kindness - Water Supply 27th April 2022 - Programs

Water Supply project is to supply Cool Drinking water to the CBSE students whose are appearing for board exams in Kendriya Vidyalay, Waltair as per the time table given by school management. JCI Sen Dr G P R Krishna sponsored an amount of Rs 3000/- towards this water supply project which we are provided water under Box of Kindness initiated by Past President JC Brahmaji Garuda. Box of kindness is the project initiated by Past President 2004, JC Garuda Brahmaji and has been serving many through this project since then. JCI Vizag continues its effort to provide food for the needy. Anyone can leave the food they wish to donate and anyone who needs it can take. A new water pot is placed beside the box to provide water. Box of Kindness is located at Seahorse Junction.
