Step 5
When installing Arm onto wall, you will need the following items:
Level
Sharpie(To mark your wholes)
1/4" Drill Bit(For use with Milwaukee Drill not shown here)
4 Tapcons(Concrete Screws) to mount Arm
Outdoor UV Rated ZIp Tie
Step 6
Upon arrival at install location, you need to begin looking for a spot to install your antenna. Here are some things to keep in mind.:
Start by determining which side of the house has line of sight, and which Tower Site you want to link to.
If the customer is switching over to us from another ISP such as Smartnet or Broadband VI, you will want to look for their antenna as it will help you find a good spot.
Do not try to mount your antenna in an impossible spot

Step 7
After pinpointing the spot that you would like to place the device, you want to make sure you can access that spot
Never attempt an install on the highest side of the building. If you have an opportunity to install from a lower, safer, and more easily accessible spot, go for it.
Try to avoid spots where you must fully extend your ladder. Never climb the ladder or go on the roof by yourself. Make sure that someone is either on the ground or up top with you.
Step 8
Before you can connect to the antenna, youmust configure your IPv4 settings manually
The default IP of the Antenna is 192.168.1.20
To connect to it, you must be on the same network, which can be accomplished by using the IP 192.168.1.x format
If you still cannot connect after manually setting your IP, it is probably due to your service order. Change your Service Order so that Ethernet comes first.

Step 9
Once your IP is set, you are ready to configure your antenna. Go to your web browser and enter the device's IP
The username and password are "ubnt" by default. Choose Puerto Rico as the Country and check the Terms and Conditions Box
You are now logged into the main interface. Take note of the different tabs. Navigate to the System tab, where we will upload our configurations.
Step 10
Before uploading the backup file, we must update the Antenna to the latest firmware version.
Go to ubnt.com to download the latest firmware for the device that you are using. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Downloads.
Select airMAX ISP Solutions for the Platform and choose the model that you are using on site.
Once the file has been downloaded, you can select it to upload and apply.

Step 12
Even though you have restored most of the configurations onto the device, there are still some fields that are specific to each device's location. The settings to be changed are as follows:
Wireless/Channel Shifting/Enable
Network/Management Network Settings/DHCP Fallback IP:
Network/Management Network Settings/Management VLAN(Enable this feature last, as it will lock you out of the antenna. VLAN ID should always be set to 10)
Services/SNMP Agent/ Location
System/Device/ Device Name
System/Date Settings/Time Zone
System/Location/Latitude and Longitude
