Located in Manhattan’s 10th Ave retail corridor, this store completely reinvents itself every 4 to 8 weeks. The idea behind this new concept is to bring brands and consumers together in a new way that incorporates marketing, merchandising, and business development. The theme of the store changes according to current trends or issues happening in the real world. Customers who care about these trends will be drawn to visit STORY.

Fashion Now-- an ease-fuelled in-room wardrobe service born from the exclusive partnership between London’s Regent Street staple Hotel Café Royal, and online clothing powerhouse Matchesfashion. com. Originally conceived with the purpose of curbing panic buying in case of a lost suitcase, the service allows hotel residents to select curated pieces, ranging from active-wear to formal clothing, that will be delivered to their room upon their arrival. The service also offers the possibility to consult with an expert stylist, and gives the suite guests of the Hotel private access to the retailer’s flagship store in Marylebone.

This is a sanctuary from the busy-ness of life where you can be you, simply put. Everything within your style space is shoppable. Entertainment is provided through personalized alcoholic beverages or mocktails, cocktail bites, customized music playlists, a fragrance bar, and a photo wall for your favorite outfits. Access reclaimbyjenna.com & select what type of package describes your needs best. Options include Prepare, Style Update, At A Loss, and In the Spotlight. After choosing your package, the website will direct you to fill out our ReclaimYou survey to become more familiar with your ultimate shopping experience. The questions will help us to curate a selection of products that match your style. Before booking your appointment, some specialized services will also be offered including makeup tutorials, hair stylist help, a bartending class, and a professional photo shoot. Review & select from these offers, then chose the appointment time that best works for your schedule. We require up to one week to prepare for your visit, so the appointment times will display accordingly. Arrive at Reclaim on your scheduled day prepared for a curated experience, allowing you to relax and be at ease with your style. Enjoy all that we have to offer, as it is hand-picked specifically for you. No session is the same here. Our photographer will be capturing the experience over the day, cataloging every Yes-Item. Before leaving with your favorite pieces we will provide a personalized lookbook both printed and digitally over email. This helps with styling in the future. My business card will also be provided for future bookings and a discount for referring a friend. In the Spotlight is for those glam-filled moments when she is in need of a dramatic dress or poised business atire to complete a moment. In addition, some cozy combos will be suggested because we all need something to relax in between the spotlight. Catered specifically for our celebrities and big personalities who have special occassions coming up, this package will create a seamless experience leading up to the moment.
The Row DTLA is a rehabbed warehouse sector built along the Southern Pacific Railroad in the early 1900s. Adjacent to the flourishing Arts District, Rios Clementi Hale Studios conceived the design of the 30-acre development with six converted structures that were once used by the L.A.
Terminal Market. The up and coming shopping district is covered in street art by Retna, housing a mix of retail transplants, local cult brands, and fledgling brick-and-mortar outlets, such as sustainable jewelry start-up Vrai & Oro. It will also host the annual Los Angeles Design Festival and a West Coast version of Brooklyn’s Smorgasburg market on Sundays.
