To whom it may concern, A few years ago, I approached Jen to help me with my photography business, at a time when I was

completely overwhelmed trying to wear all of the hats at my studio. I needed something to change, to be successful as a business.

Jen turned my pile of post-it notes into an organized, cloud-based task list, that could be shared and

delegated amongst others. She turned my book of handwritten appointments into an online scheduling program, incorporating that into my website and google calendar, so nothing would fall through the cracks.

She organized my email, and set up filters so I could be more efficient with clients, and weed out things that were taking unnecessary time and energy. Jen came up with a system for my start-to-finish workflow for shoots, and then selected and programmed my studio management system, which took care of client correspondence, contracts, bookkeeping, album and order proofing, all in one place.

I also hired Jen to build my website—twice. The first one was a wordpress theme, which she custom coded to

better match my brand, and it was SEO friendly, making me the #1 or #2 listing on search engines for my specialty, within a month or two. The second site was through a company called “ShowIt.” I needed an update to stay current with the times and all of the different devices that my clients are using to research my services.

My new site is elegant and modern, and works everywhere!

Jen set up my social media, and integrated feeds into my website, and has even managed posting on my

behalf when I get too busy. She has done some behind-the-scenes video and marketing of my shoots, and posted those online for me.

I would love to recommend Jen for any position that incorporates creativity with organization skills. She excels at both. She is quick to respond and to prioritize my needs. I have been able to focus on what I am good at, and enjoy my business.

I first met Jennifer when I hired her to cover a maternity leave at the outpatient rehabilitation clinic where I served as the administrator. She learned all of the details of the job very quickly. Not only did she do wonderful work, she went above and beyond to make small details noticed, and made our clientele feel very welcome. She learned many of the insurance and billing details as well, which kept our clinic running very smoothly. It was also during this job that we learned of her amazing photography and graphic skills. She created some fantastic marketing tools and headshots for some of our staff.

Jennifer’s communication skills are refreshing. In a digital age, she takes the time to make personal time, whether it is a call or in person. I know that she has the technological skills, because I have seen her websites and digital media. It makes a difference to me that she takes the time to make her clients feel important.

Jennifer quickly became the photographer for many of our families in our clinics. She is a consummate professional who wants as many details as possible at the beginning of the photo shoots so that she may deliver an amazing product. She has photographed my family throughout the years. We have always enjoyed our time, as working with Jennifer is more of an experience, rather than just a photo shoot. She has a way of keeping people at ease, and capturing the art of personalities and moments. She is a brilliant photographer and her creativity goes well beyond any bounds I have ever seen.

It is evident that Jennifer’s goal is to create lifelong art. She has sat with me over the years to help choose the correct mediums and sizes. Her work is so good, it is very hard to choose ~ I have always wanted them all! Most recently, she came to my house to make help make our final decisions after our photo shoot, and in the process helped me pick out paint colors that would accent the canvases the she created of my daughters! They make the room and will be cherished forever.
