Hi! I'm Jennine Hamblin of JennyJam Fitness. I'm a health, fitness, and dance specialist. I do personal training, online coaching, and I also teach dance and Zumba classes, so you can imagine how crazy and active my lifestyle is! 10 Easy Ways To Start Eating Clean Eating clean simply means you enjoy foods that are free of artificial ingredients, get the best nutrients in your body naturally, all with the added bonus of losing weight.
1. Write down your goals 2. Cut down on sugar, significantly . 3. Start your day with a glass of lemon water. 4.Start off with a healthy breakfast. 5. Eat real foods. 6. Eat like a baby to boost your metabolism. 7. Remember the "magic combination." Lean protein + complex carbs + fruits + veggies at every meal
8. Listen to your stomach. 9. Drink Lots of water. 10. Allow yourself to change.
