Welcome! Hey there everyone! I would love to welcome you to the first, one of a kind, 3 week program by JennyJam Fitness. The goal of this group is to help you kickstart LEARNING what good habits you need to have in order to live and feel better. It's not always easy to start this, and you must be super patient with yourself. Accept where you are, move past your mistakes, and keep jumping back on track no matter how many times you fall off. You can only fail if you quit. Right now you are frustrated or in pain by where you are. You can either stay there in your pain, or you can choose to take small steps with us each day to becoming the person you know you can and want to be. To get closer to what you'd like to look and feel like each day. Work hard, play harder. We will have fun, learn lots, meet new people, and learn to love ourselves in ways we never thought possible. Mindset Motivation This is where we really begin... "Close your eyes and imagine the best version of you possible. That's who you really are. Let go of any part of you that doesn't believe that." • Every time I read this quote, my heart starts beating so fast and all I want in this world is to believe this. It's easy to say and type and write, but I am actively working on actually believing it. I've always been the biggest pessimist in my life. The negative thoughts and voices that I'm not good, pretty, tall, popular, sexy, smart, witty, funny enough just floods out the good thoughts that should be there. I'm so fucking tired of it. I'm the first one and sometimes the only one putting ME down. •
