Projects in Goma, D.R. Congo: Primary School. Budget $ 30,000: The refugee camp in Goma has a great need for a school. The school will cater for the children of the pygmies living in the camp as well as other unmediated among the approx. 25,000 refugees who have lived there since the beginning of the year 2000. There is a private school for the better-skilled in the area.
Soap preparation. Budget $ 300: A mini-project trying to help women in the congregation (inside the refugee camp) to earn an income.
Sewing room. Budget $ 500: A mini-project teaching and partly helping women to create an income in the refugee camp.
Internet cafĂŠ. Budget $ 1,500:
A mini-project intended for education, communication and income for the youth in the refugee camp.
Fabrication of coal piles. Budget $ 200: Income-giving mini-project for women in the congregation camp.
