He loved watching Western classics such as Rifle Man, Gunsmoke, and Bonanza. Alfred enjoyed collecting and examining coins. Although Alfred was a quiet man, he was known to be quite witty and left lasting impressions with all who met him. To cherish his memory, Alfred leaves his daughter and guardian angel, Chelsea Paige Robinson, who God sent to be his caregiver during his last year on this earth. His daughter Crystal Danielle Robinson who gave him his pride and joy, and his only grandchild, his beloved Alexandria Danielle Robinson, whom he affectionately referred to as ‘Applejack.’ He also leaves his sisters, Katie Robinson, Barbara Richardson, and Mary (James) Poindexter; his brothers Vencient Robinson, Marvell Robinson, and Robert (Roberta) Perry. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, loved ones, and friends to cherish his memory.
Pop (Crystal), Pawpaw (Alexandria), Daddy (Chelsea) by Crystal Danielle Robinson
Pop, Pawpaw, Daddy We each called you something different And for each the relationship was distinctive Pop taught me The Lord’s Prayer, The alphabet, how to count, and how to drive a car from here to there Pop taught me the Twenty-Third number of Psalms And how to be tough and not back down from any qualms Pawpaw loved me best! I stood out from the rest! I was the one and only! The apple of his eye, to him I could do no wrong! Pawpaw loved having a grandchild to call his own! Daddy, God sent me to you when you needed me most Through this journey, our amazing bond continued to grow I loved the laughs and talks we shared I am forever thankful for the opportunity to show you just how much I cared Getting you to try new foods was definitely a feat! I will always cherish the memories that were made between you and me! You were such a big part of my world I will always be a daddy’s girl Pop, Pawpaw, Daddy No matter the title, the message remains the same We love you and will remember you always.
