osing you was by far the hardest thing for me, but yet it was even harder to watch and know that you were silently suffering. You were every example of what a man is and was to me for 40 years. I wish there were more like you. You were my hero, my daddy, my giant, my GPS, and my weatherman. I’ll never forget the things you taught me or the many talks we had. When I grow up, I pray that I’m at least half the man you were. Love, Courtney

ou had jokes for days and wisdom for centuries. Even when you didn’t know what you were talking about, you spoke with authority and confidence. The bond we had is irreplaceable. The memories we made are unforgettable. The fact that I will forever be daddy’s baby girl is undeniable. Missing you daily, but grateful your soul has been set free. Love, Tamika
