“You’re Not Truly Gone Granddaddy”
Granddady slipped away, Quietly one day. He simply went to sleep, No more to wake or weep. Now we gather here And quietly shed a tear, As we lay him in the ground, No solace to be found. But Granddaddy not truly gone, Because his memory lives on. In all of us who loved him, Never to be forgotten
Love, Grandkids
“Always In Our Heart”
Picture me as I was, Full of life and love. Although I’m not with you now I’m watching from above. I know how much you all will miss me And I will miss you all too It was my time to leave, As each of us will do. Although I’m not physcially with you all. I will always be in your hearts. The love we shared will always remind you I’m not gone to far.
