od saw you were getting tired and a cure was not to be, So he put his arms around you and whispered, “Come with Me.”

With tearful eyes, we watched you suffer and saw you fade away. Although we loved you dearly, we could make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, Hard working hands to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.

Love, Cheryl Lynn, Ernest & Ronald

Dear Mom, I’m lost for words now that you’re gone. I hurt daily knowing we’ll never get the chance to talk, laugh and spend time together again. I kmow God has a front row seat for you because you earned it. I’ll remember everything you ever taught me. Thank you mom just for loving me unconditionally. See you when I get there and I’ll always love you.

If Roses grow in Heaven Lord, please pick a bunch for me. Place them in my Grandmother’s arms and tell her they’re from me. Tell her that I love her and miss her, and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for awhile.

Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free I’m following the path God has laid you see. I took His hand when I heard him call I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day To laugh, to love, to work, to play. Tasks left undone must stay that way I found that peace at the close of day. If my parting has left a void Then fill it with remembered joy. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss Oh yes, these things I too will miss.

Perhaps my time seemed all too brief Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your hearts and peace to thee God wanted me now; He set me free.

Love Walk Near, Dear

~Remains will not be viewed after Eulogy~

It broke our hearts to lose you. You did not go alone. For part of us went with you, The day God called you home.

Our family chain is broken, And nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, The chain will link again.

Reverend James Greene, Senior Pastor & Officiating

Be not burdened with times of sorrow I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. My life’s been full, I savored much Good friends, good times, a loved one’s touch.

We little knew that day, God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, In death, we do the same.

You left us beautiful memories, Your love is still our guide. And although we cannot see you, You are always at our side.
