Remember Me
(From Deloris)
Don’t remember me with sadness, don’t remember me with tears, Remember all the laughter we’ve shared throughout the years. Now, I am contented that my life it was worthwhile, knowing as I passed along this way, I made someone smile. When you are walking down the street, and you got me on your mind, I’m walking in your footsteps, only half a step behind.
So please don’t be unhappy just because I’m out of sight, Remember that I’m with you each morning, noon, and night.

Recessional
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul; He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil; for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

Sister
My Dear Sister Deloria, I will truly miss you so much. Your smile and your very unique laughter will always be remembered by me. Although I was not ready to let you go, God said it was time for you to go home, and I have made peace with it, knowing that your life here is done. Rest in peace, big sister.
Love your ‘baby brother’ Theodore.
To My Sister
By Maya Angelou“I am a black woman tall as a cypress-strong beyond all definition-still defying place and time and circumstance assailed impervious indestructible Look on me and be renewed”!
If Roses Grow In Heaven
If roses grow in heaven, Lord, please pick a bunch for me. Place them in my Sister’s arms and tell her they’re from me. Tell her that I love and miss her, and when she turns to smile place a kiss upon her cheek, and hold her for a while.
Because remembering her is easy, I do it every day. But there is an ache within my heart that will never go away.
In Loving Memory of My Sister

Gratitude of words by far could not compensate for the thoughtfulness and kindness when we needed it most. To you, our family and friends, we gratefully express our gratitude for your many caring and kind gestures. When our load was hard to bear, we looked around and you were there with words spoken with smiling faces and open hearts.
