Love Lives On
Those we love are never really lost to us-we feel them in so many special ways-through friends they always cared about and dreams they left behind, in beauty that they added to our days... in words of wisdom we still carry with us and memories that never will be gone... Those we love are never really lost to us-for everywhere their special love lives on. Love, Karen, Kevin & David

Broken Chain We little knew that day, God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, In death, we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you. You did not go alone. For part of us went with you, The day God called you home. You left us beautiful memories, Your love is still our guide. And although we cannot see you, You are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, And nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, The chain will link again. Love Your Sister & Brother Esther, Eugene & Asea V
“I Am Always With You” When I am gone, release me, let me go. I have so many things to see and do, You mustn’t tie yourself to me with too many tears, But be thankful we had so many good years. I gave you my love, and you can only guess How much you’ve given me in happiness. I thank you for the love that you have shown, But now it is time I traveled on alone. So grieve for me a while, if grieve you must Then let your grief be comforted by trust That it is only for a while that we must part, So treasure the memories within your heart. I won’t be far away for life goes on. And if you need me, call and I will come. Though you can’t see or touch me, I will be near And if you listen with your heart, you’ll hear All my love around you soft and clear And then, when you come this way alone, I’ll greet you with a smile and a “Welcome Home”.

Reflections Reflections of Life
Eva Louise Williams was born
December 22, 1936, to the late Louisa and London Williams in Oakland Mississippi. Eva was a loving person who loved cooking and doing hair. She was a retired beautician of Andrea’s Beauty Salon and a long-time worker and assistant to Ellen and Jim Powell and Betty Martin Barker. Eva Williams was a devoted member of St. Peter Missionary Baptist Church where is partook in the sanctuary choir along with an participating in many activities around the church. In her leisure time, Eva enjoyed cooking and savoring moments with family and friends. She also loved to keep things neat around her home, yard, and garden. Eva transitioned to her heavenly home on Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at Methodist University Hospital after a long illness. She leaves to cherish her memory, one sister, Esther Robinson (James), two brothers, Eugene and Asea V (Joanie); her extended family, Margaret Ellen Stokes (Robert), Martin and Matthew Daniel and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul; He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil; for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
