“Babe” God saw you getting tired And a cure was not to be So, he put his arms around you And whispered to me”. With tearful eyes we watched you As you slowly slipped away And though we loved you dearly We couldn’t make you stay.

Forever in Our Hearts
Reverend Willie Ward, Jr., Pastor - Officiating Mt. Pisgah C.M.E. Church
We thought of you with love today. But in nothing new. We thought about you yesterday. And days before that too. We think of you in silence. We often speak your name. Now all we have is memories. And your picture in a frame. Your memory is our keepsake. With which we’ll never part God has you in his keeping. We have you in our hearts.

Processional Affirmation of Faith (Please stand.)
I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ His only Son Our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead and buried. The third day He rose from the dead. He ascended into heaven and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty, from thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting. AMEN. (Please be seated.)
