Orderervice of Service Brief Bible Talk and Scriptures WE NEED COMFORT AT TIMES OF LOSS Charles A. Verdell Sr. We all need comfort at times of loss.

When Lazarus died, Jesus showed sympathy and provided comfort for those grieving.

We will all miss Joseph, but, we know he is no longer suffering, but is asleep awaiting the resurrection. At John 11:25 Jesus said to her, Lazarus sister Martha, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life”.

So, family and friends let us all find comfort and hope in Jesus words.

Remember also, my father in-law’s favorite scripture at John 14:1 “Do not let your hearts be troubled”.

Please join me in prayer.
