Mrs. LaQuita Haley Rubin Baynes was born on October
31, 1964, in Memphis, Tennessee, the daughter of Mildred Haley and Robert Yates. She accepted the Lord and Jesus Christ as her personal Saviour at an early age, later she joined Cane Creek M.B.C. under Rev. Dodson’s leadership and later joined the Worship Center. LaQuita was a former employee of Fed-Ex, where she worked for many years until she retired. She also was a big fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, and she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. On Monday, November 2, 2020, LaQuita heard the Lord call her name and call her to her heavenly home. LaQuita was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Haley- Bady and father Robert Yates, two husbands; Willie Rubin and Rick Baynes, grandparents George and Katie Haley, four uncles, and one aunt. She is survived by her two sons; Rico Smith, Willie Rubin, seven grandchildren, one aunt Christine Haley of Memphis, Tennessee, one uncle Edward Haley (Dorothy) of St. Louis, Missouri, mother-in-aw; Barbara Culp, and a host cousins, family and friends.
