Life’s Reflections
T ravis Maurice Garrett was born on November 10, 1984, in Pasadena, California, to Iley Garrett and Danny Garrett. The sunset of his life was September 21, 2021, in Memphis, Tennessee.
Travis received his high school diploma from Overton High School in 2002. He continued his education journey at the University of Memphis, completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance in 2007. During this time, he received various awards and recognitions including Membership in Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity.

Processional
Travis was a hard worker and dedicated to helping and serving others. His work as a deacon in training at his church home, Gifts of Life Christian Ministries, saw this service through his work under Pastor Andre Johnson. In his free time, he loved spending time with family and friends playing basketball, eating, cooking, watching movies, or playing games.
