JESUIT DALLAS FOOTBALL • CLASS OF 2022 90 • RYAN ALLRED • DEFENSIVE LINE Who were you inspired to play football by and why? My Dad inspired me because I was never much of a soccer kid. • Funniest Football Moment: Any time Coach Woods breaks out his dance moves. • Proudest Football Moment: When I blocked a punt for a safety against Irving. • The thing I will remember about Jesuit football is: My teammates. • If you could play a different position, what would it be? Tight end. They don’t run much and score touchdowns. • For me, being a Jesuit Ranger means: Being a part of something bigger than football. • If I wrote a book about Jesuit football, the title would be: 5:30 a.m. • My favorite motivational expression is...the fist pump. • If I could star in another sport, it would be: Closing pitcher in baseball. They bring the heat. • Before I graduate, I want to...become a better man. • Favorite Sports Movie: The Sandlot. • Favorite Football Movie: The Blind Side.• Favorite NFL team, player: Green Bay Packers, J.J. Watt. • Favorite College team: Wisconsin Badgers.

91 • EVAN BARE • DEFENSIVE LINE Who were you inspired to play football by and why? My dad and my cousin’s boyfriend at the time. He was a college lineman. • Funniest Football Moment: Watching a teammate race Coach Hinton. • Proudest Football Moment: Playing varsity football and being Team MVP on the junior team. • The thing I will remember about Jesuit football is: The brotherhood. • If you could play a different position, what would it be? Outside linebacker. I feel like I’m good at tackling and getting off blocks. • For me, being a Jesuit Ranger means: Being hard working, committed to your team and committed to the other people in the community. • If I wrote a book about Jesuit football, the title would be: Brothers From Another Mother. • If I could star in another sport, it would be: Baseball. They get paid a lot of money. • Before I graduate, I want to...make it to the state championship for football. • Favorite Sports Movie: The Sandlot. • Favorite Football Movie: The Blind Side. Favorite NFL team, player: Dallas Cowboys, Ray Lewis. • Favorite College team: Texas Longhorns.

65 • CHARLIE BOROWCZAK • OFFENSIVE LINE Who were you inspired to play football by and why? Football looked cool, so I played in middle school. • Funniest Football Moment: I came to freshman practice in my school uniform, Coach Wunderlick said “How are those sales numbers?” because I look like a grown man. At the banquet, he said “This kid started out as a defensive lineman, is now the starting center, and the first 50-year-old to play football for Jesuit.” • Proudest Football Moment: Beating Longview. I am thankful that I got to be on the sideline and watch the seniors. Those were the people I looked up to, seeing how happy it made them was the true highlight. • The thing I will remember about Jesuit football is: Being together. Football is very demanding, but we go through it together. We win together, lose together, laugh together, cry together, and face adversity together, but isn’t that what a team is? A group of guys working TOGETHER. • If you could play a different position, what would it be? Running back. • For me, being a Jesuit Ranger means: Being a shining example of the profile of the graduate. Taking pride in everything you do, giving maximum effort, persevering, picking your brother up when he falls and understanding that the only true failure is giving up. Rangers run towards challenge, they understand right and wrong, and have the strength to pursue the right thing. We take great pride in Jesuit and work to represent it in a positive way. • If I wrote a book about Jesuit football, the title would be: Pushing the Limit. • My favorite motivational expression is... “Find a way to win.” • If I could star in another sport, it would be: Rugby. • Before I graduate, I want to...squat 500 pounds. • Favorite Sports Movie: Miracle. • Favorite Football Movie: Remember the Titans. Favorite NFL team, player: Dallas Cowboys, Leighton Vander Esch. • Favorite College team: Texas A&M Aggies.

It turns the team into your family for life. • If you could play a different position, what would it be? Quarterback, because that’s what my dad played in high school. • For me, being a Jesuit Ranger means: Being a part of something bigger than myself. • If I wrote a book about Jesuit football, the title would be: 6:00 AM. • My favorite motivational expression is... “Play every day to your best ability, because you never know when it’s your last.” • If I could star in another sport, it would be: Basketball.
