P

hilanthropy has always been a central element in Suzy Ettinger’s life. At a very young age, Suzy’s parents instilled in her the importance of giving back. Suzy first started her involvement with the Jewish Home and Care Center after receiving a call from Nita Corré. “I remember when Nita called me about serving on the board of directors, and I saw it as the perfect opportunity to begin my involvement with the community,” she said. That phone call took place over twenty years ago, and Suzy has maintained a strong presence in our communities ever since. Suzy said, “I’ve so enjoyed my many years of participating with the organizations and the people here.” Suzy’s passionate involvement extends well beyond our communities. She currently sits on nine boards
