Chicken Kathi Roll
Chicken Kathi Roll is one of the famous street foods found in India. Owing to the availability of cooked chicken pieces at super marts like Costco and time limitations, replicating the dish in the US involved skipping out on a lot of the usual steps and yet trying to make it as authentic as possible.

Ingredients
(Serves 3)
• 1/2 or 2 packets WestEnd Cuisine grilled chicken • Maggi hot and sweet tomato chilli sauce (to taste) • Catch chat masala (to taste) • Freshly squeezed lemon juice (to taste) • Trader Joe’s chicken-less seasoinng salt (to taste) • Oregano (to taste) • Chili flakes (to taste) • 3 eggs • 3 Roti Fresh Original Organic Chapati
Directions
1. In a small skillet, heat oil on medium-high and add chicken, chat masala, vegan chicken-less seasoning salt, oregano, and chili flakes.
2. Stir occaisionally for 10-12 minutes or til the chicken is tender enough to break into smaller pieces easily.
3. Remove chicken from heat and set aside.
4. Add more oil and partially fry one egg before adding a roti on top of it.
5. Flip the roti when the egg is properly fried and stuck to the roti. Set roti aside when egg is fully cooked.
6. Top with chicken and hot and sweet tomato chili sauce and tightly wrap.
7. Repeat steps 1-6 two more times.
8. Serve hot with additional hot and sweet tomato chili sauce on the side.
