Place chicken pieces on top of the tray of bread and onions

I got it from two college friends I used to workout with. I haven’t visit either of them after graduation, but I do appreciate them being my workout buddies and teaching me how to eat well and build muscles.

Ingredients

• 2 slices of bread • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter • 1 Tbsp. fruit jam

Directions

1. Spread peanut butter on one side of a slice of bread.

2. Spread fruit jam on the other slice of bread.

3. Combine the two slices together.

4. Enjoy!
