It was one of the first firms in Italy to make automatic process valves, focusing its production on linear and rotary valves with an On-Off function and manually- pneumatically- and electrically controlled adjustment. The application of these valves is anywhere there is a fluid (be it a liquid, gas, suspension emulsion, or solution), be it aggressive or inert, that has to be intercepted and controlled. The field of possible applications is vast: textiles, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and the food, iron and steel, oil & gas and packaging industries. La certificazione AEOF è riconosciuta a livello comunitario e nasce da un’intesa tra l’UE e gli USA e alla quale hanno poi aderito numerosi altri Paesi (tra cui Giappone, Svizzera, Norvegia, Canada e Cina). It results in improved relationships with customs authorities, faster shipments, more security and better communications between the parties involved in the supply chain, while reducing issues linked to security. AEOF certification is recognised throughout Europe and is the outcome of agreements between the EU and the USA, which many other countries have since adhered to (including Japan, Switzerland, Norway, Canada and China). Daraus gehen bessere Beziehungen mit den Zollbehörden hervor, schnellere Versandzeiten, eine Erhöhung der Sicherheit und eine bessere Kommunikation zwischen den Parteien der Logistikkette, wie auch eine Verringerung der mit der Sicherheit verbundenen Probleme. Grazie a questo risultato Italvalvole continua nel suo intento di fornire il miglior servizio possibile anche in termini di risparmio. A tal fine l’azienda è anche in grado di emettere una dichiarazione di origine preferenziale a lungo termine (prevista dal regolamento CE n.1207/2001) che consente di avere sgravi sui dazi doganali. Il servizio rientra nel progetto di adeguamento alle normative comunitarie inerenti gli scambi verso i paesi terzi con cui l’Unione europea ha stipulato accordi diretti ad agevolare gli scambi commerciali attraverso il riconoscimento di benefici daziari, sul presupposto che le merci rispettino i criteri di acquisizione dell’origine preferenziale. Thanks to this achievement, Italvalvole can continue in its intention to provide the best possible service, also in terms of cost savings for its customers. With this in mind, the company can issue a long term declaration of preferential origin (according to EC Regulation 1207/2001) that offers access to lower customs duties. The service is part of the project to standardise European Community trade regulations to non EC countries with whom the EU has signed agreements designed to facilitate trade by offering lower customs duties provided the goods meet the criteria for acquiring preferential origin. Dank diesem Ergebnis schreitet Italvalvole in seiner Absicht fort, den besten Service auch hinsichtlich der Kosten zu bieten. Diesbezüglich ist das Unternehmen auch in der Lage, eine langfristige Präferenzursprungserklärung auszustellen (die von der EG-Regelung Nr. 1207/2001 vorgesehen ist), die ermöglicht, Zollgebühren absetzen zu können. Der Service gehört dem Anpassungsprojekt der europäischen Vorschriften hinsichtlich des Warenverkehrs in Drittländern an, mit denen die europäische Union direkte Abkommen geschlossen hat, um den Warenverkehr über die Anerkennung der Zollbegünstigungen zu erleichtern, unter Voraussetzung, dass die Waren die Kriterien für den Erhalt des präferenziellen Ursprungs einhalten.
