JIRE Unveils Renovated Office Welcome back for the 2015-2016 season, we know it will be a great one! With the huge success of the USGA Mid-Am Tournament, I believe the seeds have been planted with respect to interest in John’s Island from the players and guests for years to come. The overwhelming responses we received from all in attendance was that of bewilderment and awe of the beauty of our community, golf courses and the friendly members who made them feel welcome. The Club did a wonderful job organizing ample volunteers, putting on a warm welcome reception for the players and volunteers, and making sure the entire event went smoothly. We experienced another highly anticipated and well-attended 4th Annual “Invite Your Friends Weekend”, and guests were impressed with both the Club and real estate offerings. This fun-filled event features golf clinics, tennis mixers, fitness activities, wine tasting, beach club cookout and more. Be sure to invite your friends next year!! 2015 sales reconfirm that John’s Island is the place to be, with our second best year coming to a close and the average age of new members being in their 50s. We’ve had 100+ sales year-to-date, with another 15 pending closings.
