The strap -line ‘Pleasure in the ease of an Instant’ targets consumers with busy lifestyles to make it quick and convenient to buy the product whilst ensuring they are rewarded for their loyalty. This will create a relationship between the consumer and the brand to further potential future sales.

The product will be sold in conjunction with a limited edition thermo cup. Each cup has a unique bar-code on the back that allows for one free coffee refill per day.
IN-STORE SOCIAL MEDIA
Outside of retailers that sell the product will be an interactive vending machine that dispenses free samples of the product. To receive a sample the audience must tweet to @AZERA with the hastag #INSTANT. This helps the brand trend on twitter generating interest. To make the product stand out in-store, the orange ribbon to the right of the machine will transfer onto the floor, leading the customer straight to the product on the shelf. There will be additional vending machines situated in travelling hotspots such as petrol stations, train stations... These machines will dispense one free coffee refill per day when the bar-code is scanned on the back of the reusable thermo cup. This reduces the need for throw-away cups and reinforces customer/brand loyalty.
