KIKU stands out due to their limited amount of locations throughout the world. this amazing franchise is famous for their hibachi services. During our visit we had a chance to check out their alcoholic beverages at their fayetteville, ga location. During the visit, JMarie tried the fish bowl with rum. "It was a very soothing, tropical and cold drink. "I would definietly recommend it for happy hours". -JMarie

Mercedes-AMG GT3 Teams Look to Extend IMSA GTD Manufacturer, Driver and Team Championship Leads at Detroit Grand Prix Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) today reported May sales volume at 26,893 units, a decrease of 8.2% from the 29,299 vehicles sold during the same month last year. On a year-to-date basis, Mercedes-Benz retails totaled 132,966 units, down 1.0% from the previous year, which was an all-time record for MBUSA. Adding 3,066 units for Vans and 331 units for smart, MBUSA achieved a grand total of 30,290 vehicles for the month, down 7.0% from May of last year. “High demand combined with short supplies on some of our most popular models (GLC, CLA and GLA) during the new model changeover created some challenges,” said Dietmar Exler, president and CEO of MBUSA. “With 2018 models, particularly CLA and GLA, now arriving in dealer showrooms we expect to be back on track for a strong year.” Mercedes-Benz volume leaders in May included the C-Class, GLE and E-Class (including the CLS) model lines. The C-Class took the lead at 6,996, followed by the GLE sales of 4,631. The E-Class rounded out the top three with 4,068 units sold. Mercedes-AMG high-performance models sold 2,848 units in May, with a total of 14,317 units sold year-to-date (up 53.2%). Separately, Mercedes-Benz Certified PreOwned (MBCPO) models recorded sales of 10,887 vehicles in May, a decrease of 4.0% when compared to the same month last year (11,343). Cover Story Art Lewis is an amazng celcebrity tattoo artist who grew up in a very small town called Milwaukeee, WI. Milwaukee has a very great volume of talent that someimes go unoticed. Art Lewis has paved the way for many people in the entertainment industry to follow their dreams. Starting a little over three years ago Art started a Tour that challenged him to travel city to city and express his business with others. This May 2017 Art completed his "Tour 4" traveling to over eight diffent states across America. Check out our recent interview with him in this issue. All of them turn out nice but when I know it's something slightly different than my day to day requests it's exciting knowing I'm most likely gonna get a good response from my social media following."

JMarie Mag: When did you come up with idea of getting into the ink industry? Art: I had an ex girlfriend of mine that actually gave me the idea to do it. I took her to get a Tattoo back in maybe 08 and the artist had his drawings posted on the walls. I've been drawing all of my life. Her knowing that, she asked if I've ever thought about Tattooing. I said no and kind of kept the idea of it in the back of my mind and eventually put it into play and decided to pursue it. JMarie: What inspires you when you're doing tattoos? Art: When I'm Tattooing I get inspiration from things like knowing that it'll be a nice finished product. All of them turn out nice but when I know it's something slightly different than my day to day requests it's exciting knowing I'm most likely gonna get a good response from my social media following. JMarie: I noticed that you start all your Tours in Milwaukee? Is that where you are from? Art: Yeah Milwaukee is my hometown. It's also my biggest clientele base so I make sure every tour is kicked off there with a nice event. JMarie: You have a unique difference in the ink industry, you started the Art Tour, how did that idea come about? Art: The idea kinda came from me seeing musicians go on tour with their music. On these tours they go to different cities back to back tending to their fans. I had clients all around the country so I kinda got the idea to do the same with my clients. It was just a different idea that was out of the ordinary for a Tattoo Artist so I kind of ran with it. JMarie Mag: Is there anyone in the industry that you would like to work with? Art:No not at the moment really. I kind of just focus on what I have going on for the most part.

JMarie Mag: You're known nationally what are your goals with your tours? Art: The goal with the tours in mainly to expand my clientele and brand. I may go to one city and Tattoo 5 people but the next time I return, those 5 people may have 2 other people each that are interested in work from me. It grows so rapidly. I Love making money but the expansion is pretty much the main focus. JMarie Mag: Do you plan in opening a franchise of Art Lewis? Art: Yea I do actually. That'll probably come a few years down the line once I settle down a little. Probably start with one major location and expand. JMarie Mag: Have you ever thought about starting your own ink show? Web series? Vlogs? Art: The idea of something like that has crossed my mind before but it's always ended up being a no go for me. I'm just not really interested in cameras watching me the whole time I guess lol. I'm pretty private nowadays. JMarie Mag: What can your fans expect from you in 2018? Art: They can definitely expect another tour. I'm not sure what it'll be called yet but it'll definitely be taking place in March of 2018. Other than that I'm not sure. I just know I'll be thinkin of ways to creatively expand like always. JMarie Mag: How do you decide which cities to go to when you plan your tours? Art: I do 10 cities each tour so each time another tour comes up I pick the top 6 cities from the last tour, as far as moneymade, and replace the bottom 4 with 4 new cities that I've been getting the most requests from or haven't been to yet. JMarie Mag: When you become a legend what do you want people to remember your legacy as? Art: I want people to remember my legacy as innovative. I like going left when everyone else around me is going right. I guess I just want every one to remember how I changed the Tattoo industry. The way that I will change it I should say.

Debris/Trash removal Removal of all debris from the interior and exterior of the property, hazardous material, any outside items that detract from curb appeal (Christmas lights, dog houses, etc.), and vehicles are towed. Initial Lawn Cut Initial lawn service is completed to the highest standards, providing curb appeal and pride of ownership. Initial lawn service includes mowing the front, sides, and back yard of the property, weed eating, shrub trimming, edging, weeding flower beds, and removal of clippings. Sales Clean Our sales cleans are performed with great detail, transforming the interior of the property into move-in-ready condition. Our thorough interior sales clean includes: vacuum carpets, wet mop vinyl and tile floors, clean all sinks, cabinets, countertops, commodes, bathtubs and showers. In addition, all appliances are emptied and cleaned and air fresheners are placed on sinktops.


Board-ups To ensure a property is safe and secure, we will remove all broken glass from damaged windows. Windows will then be boarded according to HUD specifications. Winterization We will schedule winterizations per client guidelines. Winterizing may include, but is not limited to: draining hot water tanks, commodes, and all water lines; use of an air compressor to flush water lines and pressuretest system for possible leaks; adding Propylene Glycol (antifeeze) to all commodes, sinks, drains and traps; we utilize zip-tie lines to close and secure the water main in the closed position; notices will be clearly posted containing the date of the winterization and contact information. SUMMARY Responsible for the care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding a business or building. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES •

Perform groundskeeping

• Cut lawn using hand power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls. •

Sweep walkway of debris.

Trim shrubs and pull weeds.

Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed.

JMarie Mag: What is unique about your brand Fashion Misfits? Fashion: I make custom jackets and I have a conversation with each of my customers about their interests and from there I just create their story into a Jacket they can wear to express themselves everyday of they want. JMarie Mag: What motivates you as a fashion designer? Fashion: What motivates me as a designer is being able to just go crazy and create whatever it may be in my head into my clothing. I'm a creative and just to be able to do what I love and see people rocking with it is what motivates me as well. JMarie Mag: How did Fashion Misfits start? Fashion: In 2013 I was going through a lot in my relationship along with being pregnant and Fashion Misfits came about and helped me to express myself I'm a different art form. It's my second baby. JMarie Mag: What separates your culture of fashion from the rest of the industry? Fashion: What separates my culture of Fashion from the rest is that I put my own special kind of soul and love into whatever I create and no one can do that but me. JMarie Mag: What can we expect from Fashion Misfits in these next couple of quarters of 2017? Fashion: LOTS of custom pieces, fashion shows, pop up shop tour....expect that Fashion Misfits will be in your face basically. JMarie Mag: Do you have any fears if so what are they? Fear? Fashion: What's that? Fear no longer exists to me, it's man made. Everything that's out here for me, I'm coming to collect with vengeance. You can't fear what's destined for you.
