HOW TO MAKE ZINC BALLS By Owen Khwerusa “ ...the matter of eating concerns the well-being of the entire system!
It is a sin to place poorly prepared food on the table.” These words were written by sister White in 1901 and can be accessed from Councils on Diet and Health page 251. And she continues to say “...because the matter of eating concerns the well-being of the entire system. The Lord desires His people to appreciate the necessity of having food prepared in such a way that it will not make sour stomachs, and in consequence, sour tempers. Let us remember that there is practical religion in a loaf of good bread.” — Manuscript 95, 1901.

For the meantime, let’s talk about zinc balls. They are made from pumpkin seeds which most of us throw out as rubbish in the bins. By drying them on the sun and well prepared they can make a nutritious relish. The name zinc balls came in because these seeds contain high if not the highest amount of zinc minerals.
