Support & Celebrate
I
want to thank everyone who attended, volunteered, sponsored and showcased their vehicles, businesses and services at Ignition Phoenix, the first ever LGBTQ auto show last month. We’re already planning a bigger and better Ignition Phoenix 2015. One week before Labor Day, free admission, family friendly, more cars, more vendors, more entertainment and more fun! So save the date, Saturday August 29, 2015. At ION Arizona we’ve given the Arizona LGBTQ community 160 months of entertainment, events, reviews and interviews all for free. Our sponsors and advertisers pay us to promote their businesses and services and create ION. There are thousands of businesses in Arizona but only a handful that support our community. They believe in our freedom, our equality, our community and ION Arizona. Personally, I only support the businesses that support our community. I hope you do too. Behind the scenes, we give even more. We sponsor many of the major nonprofit organizations, events, and local sports leagues. We recently gave QU Scholarship Fund and Phoenix Pride LGBTQ Community Center the proceeds from Ignition Phoenix. Recently, Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS awarded ION with the 2014 Bob Hegyi Award. Bob was a pioneer in equal rights, a role model, and a dedicated volunteer at Southwest Center. It was a huge honor.
Halloween is coming! We’re excited to bring you one of our biggest and best issues of the year! There’s so much going on that we added 32 pages! We have a feature about one of the greatest gay icons—we’re talkin’ old school—Judy Garland and a show about her coming to the Mesa Arts Center. We also interviewed Puddles the Clown—have you heard him sing? And what a character! We also remember Elizabeth Taylor and highlight the Jubilee commemorating her fight against HIV/AIDS coming to the Wrigley Mansion on October 28. Trying to figure out what the “next big thing is”? Check out our fun “Hot or Not” feature where local experts and wise guys look at different products on the market. Some are fab, while some are fails. This was an ION favorite about eight years ago and we brought back this blast from the past. And wait ’til you see our fantastic annual Halloween photo feature, “Heavenly Bodies.” You’ll have a whole new take on the mythology and legends of civilizations of the world after you see this one! Use ION as your guide to all the great events and Halloween parties going on this month and remember to patronize the supporters of our community throughout Arizona. You’ll be glad you did. Sincerely,
20

This summer, she polled fans on Facebook to determine the third release from her latest studio album New & Number Ones. The overwhelming majority chose Love Come Home, her spiritual track about embracing change.
ION: How would you describe your new song, “Love Come Home”? Kristine W: On the surface, it’s about struggling to make peace with loneliness after a relationship has ended. You know that period of time when you start hanging with someone new just to fill the void? If you listen closer, you may get the real message about self love. I’ve always believed that when you love yourself, love comes home to live in your heart and only then are you whole enough to give that love to someone else. ION: Why is now the perfect time for this song? KW: People are wanting to get back to the basics. More than ever they’re valuing home, family and relationships. We’re realizing our love affair with gadgets and the internet hasn’t made our lives better, happier or as fabulous as promised. It’s a convenience but not the key to happiness. ION: How does the music video compliment the song? KW: The music video is a story of the life cube, an art installation created by Scott Cohen, one of the forces behind the Burning Man event. The idea is that a cube is built in a rundown area of town. People in the community come to visit the cube, paint and draw on it and place wishes into the slots cut into the side of the cube. After a year, the cube is burned to the ground and a new cube is built in another dilapidated area of town that needs love. ION: What’s your favorite scene in the video? KW: The beginning, when my real-life daughter, Elizabeth, writes her wishes for the future and puts them in the house. Home is family and family is home. Love Come Home (Part 1) is available on iTunes and most major retailers now. When Puddles Pity Party comes to town, this lugubrious, 7-foot tall clown will sing one mirthless melody after another, guaranteed to rip your heart out. Puddles and the Post Modern Jukebox astounding YouTube video and cover of Lorde’s hit “Royals” went viral last October. Reddit and The Huffington Post took notice. Puddles is so shy, he can’t bear to speak for an interview. But he did answer a few questions for ION Arizona about his moody music and mournful melancholia.
Waxahachie & Aguascalientes. I would just sing along. ION: Smokey Robinson (“Tears of a Clown”) or Judy Collins (“Send in the Clowns”)? Puddles: Judy, Judy, Judy! ION: Why are you so sad? Did someone hurt your feelings? Puddles: Mom always said life is a series of disappointments. She’d look right at me when she said it. ION: Have you ever been forced to ride in a Volkswagen with 99 other clowns? Puddles: Forced? No.
Get out your handkerchiefs, folks. This clown ain’t clownin’ around, kids. ION: Where did you learn how to sing so beautifully? Puddles: When I was a kid I would listen to my Pop’s shortwave Telefunken radio. I would hear music from all kinds of exotic places like Birmingham, Memphis, Matamoros, October 2014 www.IONAZ.com 39

Puddles: Singing, for me, is more like therapy than career. If I couldn’t sing, I’d probably end up in the clink. ION: Have you ever had a Happy Meal?
Puddles: I’ve got my sunscreen on. I’m down.

A Jubilee at the Wrigley Mansion Honors a Legend

I
n the early years of the AIDS crisis many of us felt like we were always saying, “goodbye” to many of our friends and loved ones who died from the then unstoppable HIV/AIDS virus. When a very frightened public and negligent government refused to address and react to this epidemic and the issues surrounding it, including research, no one spoke louder nor with as much power, conviction and compassion as the glamorous actress Elizabeth Taylor. With collaboration from The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation and The Wrigley Mansion, Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS is proud to host The Jubilee Honoring Elizabeth Taylor at The Wrigley Mansion on Tuesday, October 28 at 6 p.m. An evening of Hollywood Glam celebrating the legacy and AIDS advocacy of the late Miss Taylor. The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation will donate 100% of the proceeds from The Jubilee Honoring Elizabeth Taylor at The Wrigley Mansion event to Southwest Center for HIV/ AIDS. Southwest Center offers prevention and intervention programs, health and wellness services, and research towards the effort to fight the spread of this disease. Laela Wilding, eldest granddaughter of Elizabeth Taylor, will greet Jubilee guests and share memories of her grandmother’s advocacy and dedication to educating the public about HIV and AIDS, during the early onset of the epidemic. Laela will be welcomed and introduced by Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton and his wife, Nicole.
“My grandmother believed in treating the whole person who was battling HIV/ AIDS—not just with medicine, but with food, shelter, psychological support, and most of all, love,” said Laela. “Supporting Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS is a perfect example of her passion. It’s my honor to take part in your Jubilee celebrating Elizabeth Taylor’s film legacy, as well as my grandmother’s commitment to caring for people who live each day with HIV/AIDS.” Elizabeth Taylor was a pioneer in educating a fearful, ignorant public about HIV/AIDS and awareness as well as advocating on behalf of people suffering from the disease. While Taylor is known for her award-winning career as an actress, she remains a champion in the hearts of those affected by HIV/AIDS. Today, her grandchildren continue her legacy as Ambassadors of The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation. Miss Taylor passed away in 2011, but her legacy and work to end AIDS lives on. As Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS kicks off and celebrates 25 years of service, it presents a new and different twist on a cocktail and dinner party—for a cause that really hasn’t gone away and still affects our community. Guests will enjoy a cocktail party featuring entertainment, treasures and a Golden-Age of Hollywood Best-Dressed Favorite Contest. Plus, have the pleasure of attending a dinner and a movie showcasing one of Elizabeth Taylor’s classic films, sponsored by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. To purchase tickets, tables and private suites visit ElizabethTaylorattheAWrigley.org or contact Allycea Weil at 602-595-8129 or email AWeil@SWHIV.org October 2014 www.IONAZ.com 45

talks about his mother and the legend in “A Judy Garland Concert.”

ay before the gays had Barbra, Britney or Beyoncé they had Judy. She was the original gay icon. Garland’s 1961 “Live! At Carnegie Hall” album charted for 73 weeks on Billboard, 13 of them at number one, won four Grammys including Album of the Year. It was the first live album and first album by a female performer to win the award. It has never been out of print. Take that, Madonna. Judy Garland’s fabulous and tragic life, her ups and downs and her untouchable talent held an eager public in her thrall. Gay men adored her. She embraced them, too, joking, “When I die the flags will fly at half-staff on Fire Island.” Secretly asking, “Is he a friend of Dorothy’s?” is still code for, “Is he gay?” referring to her famous movie role in “The Wizard of Oz.”
career after being fired by MGM Studios in 1950 for her erratic behavior. With his help, she continued on with movies, a TV variety show—the first ever centered around one single star—and a series of legendary concert tours until her death. At one point Garland was the highest paid entertainer in America, earning more than the President of the United States. Joey Luft is touring with a very personal multimedia show about his mother called, “Judy Garland in Concert.” Luft will be screening some of her greatest performances from her groundbreaking TV show (1963-64) which have been colorized and re-mastered in 5.1 Dolby Sound, giving audiences a taste of the Judy Garland experience in a theatre-style setting. “One of the ideas is to introduce a new generation of
Garland’s death in 1969 at 47-years-old from an incautious drug overdose devastated her gay fans especially, possibly even triggering the Stonewall Riots in New York City. Talk about an exit. Garland had three children: Liza Minnelli, Lorna Luft and a son, Joey Luft. Lorna and Joey’s father, her third husband and producer Sid Luft, resurrected Garland’s flagging October 2014 www.IONAZ.com 51
fans to Judy,” said Luft. “What a lot of people don’t know what she did after ‘The Wizard of Oz.’ Some people don’t even know that she had a son!” he laughs. Bigger than life, Luft knew two Judy Garlands: Judy the star, and Judy his mother. Who does he remember? “She’s my mom first, as well as an entertainer to the world. It’s hard to answer a question like that. It’s hard to separate the two sometimes.” Luft remembers the powerhouse that was Judy before she stepped onto the concert stage. “She’d practice about an hour before a show. She’d sing around the house. We’d sing all the songs from ‘Oliver!’ It was fun!” Judy’s mercurial temperament is welldocumented. “There’s a lot of memories that are coming back. It’s hard to think about some of them. I just try to focus on the positive ones we all shared together. That’s what’s important,” Luft recalls. “It was a lot of fun growing up with her. I still miss her and think about her.” Luft was only 14-years-old when Garland passed away. Growing up with power couple Judy Garland and Sid Luft as parents in Hollywood was a challenge. “It was like I was a little kid living in the ‘Land of the Giants.’ I had to learn quickly. Growing up with my mom and my dad—they were two huge, huge personalities that were really powerful. This show is a tribute to my mom and my dad. The TV shows have been colorized. They’ve been put together in a certain order. It tells her life story from the age of two all the way up to her last performance.” Garland still consistently appears on the lists as one of Top Entertainers of All Time and her classic recordings, such as her trademark song, “Over the Rainbow” and other standards, are staples in the Great American Songbook. Judy Garland and her bigger-than-life voice 52

and talent may seem far away for the Generation X and Millennials who never grew up with her as part of the cultural landscape. You only have to hear her, and see that unstoppable, talent to learn exactly why she is still relevant. Watch her movies; she had two Academy Award nominations and a special Oscar for “The Wizard of Oz” for ‘Best Juvenile Performance of 1939’ or listen to her enormous catalog of music. “It’s amazing how much she accomplished with her life while she was here. She was a giant superstar. She was so ahead of her time it even scares me! She passed away at 47, but she lived three lifetimes in one life,” is how Joey Luft sums up the too-short life and work of the legend who earned the honorific nickname, “Miss Show Business.”
The multimedia show “A Judy Garland Concert” by her son Joey Luft comes to the Mesa Arts Center on Thursday, October 16 at 8 p.m. Don’t miss Michael Siewert’s rarely seen collection of Garland’s gowns and costumes from stage and screen along with photographs and a video presentation of each piece, also touring with the show.

Annie Lennox Nostalgia
Annie Lennox is many different things, a pioneer of electronic music, fashionable androgyne, and blue-eyed soul diva in her own right. With Nostalgia she is an interpreter in her homage to the greats of jazz and blues: Nina Simone, Duke Ellington, George Gershwin, Billie Holiday. Unlike saccharine attempts past at the Great American Songbook, Lennox manages to apply her haunting and soulful alto voice to tasteful arrangements of these classics that balance reverence with relevance. Annie takes on songs like “Summertime,” “Strangefruit” and “I Cover The Waterfront” speaking of issues like poverty, bigotry and social inequalities that would eventually lead to the civil rights movement of sixties. There are tender moments in her approach to love songs like “You Belong to Me,” “September in the Rain” and “The Nearness of You.” Perhaps the most impressive moment is Lennox’ cover of Screamin’ Jay Hawkins’ “I Put A Spell on You,”— an anthem for any vengeful lover. Available Now on Vinyl and CD/Digital October 21st
Jessie Ware
Tough Love
The U.K. gave us Amy Winehouse, Florence Welch, Adele and now… Jessie Ware, the next British singer-songwriter set for international stardom. She began her career as a backing vocalist for Jack Penate and Florence + the Machine which led to her introduction to British electronic masterminds SBTRKT. Collaborating with Ware, they created a sound that bridges
the sensuality and restraint of Sade with the electronic craze that’s taken over U.K. Ware released her debut album Devotion featuring the hit “Wildest Moments” and was nominated for the country’s highest prize, the Mercury Award. Where Devotion only hinted at Jessie Ware’s diva potential, Tough Love confirms it. The first single and title track “Tough Love” is 80s Prince at his most minimal; the song builds and when you expect the vocal riff or soaring high note that any singer would desperately attempt, Ware shows restraint. She’s the modern diva, sexy and confident with no need to show off. The Ed Sheeran co-written “Say You Love Me” is the passionate declaration of love that’s been missing from the airwaves. “Want Your Feeling” stands out with it’s up tempo 80s beat and could easily wedge itself in a playlist between Whitney’s “How Will I Know” and Prince’s “Little Red Corvette.” Available October 21 Jennifer Lopez & Iggy Azalea

Man at Bath
(2010) - Just Released Starring: François Sagat Foreign films can be brilliant, expanding your cinematic horizons from the often linear narrative of filmmaking. Amelie (2001) and Life Is Beautiful (1997) are gems. We took a stab at baffling gay/foreign/art films last month. And, dammit, here we’re gonna do it again! Man at Bath (Homme au Bain) features sexy François Sagat, pornographic film star of such blockbusters as Fistpack 7: Twist My Arm and the electrifying sequel, pulling it all together, Fistpack 8: Elbow Room. Sagat is Emmanuel, a French hustler living in an apartment with the most regrettable wallpaper ever seen in the history of film. After a break up with his lover, Omar, the two fend for themselves. Omar in New York, Emmanuel in Paris, bedding just about everyone he can, including a three-way with a straight couple—but only after they sing a Kate Bush song. Weird, I know. Boring, dull and uninteresting, this film features lots of sex (surprise!) and gets a star just because of the stunning—often nude—Sagat.
★☆☆☆☆
I’m A Pornstar! This doc could’ve been titled, “Porn Stars: They’re Just Like Us!” Well, yes. Except they take it up the ass. Actor-turnedproducer Charlie David (Dante’s Cove, host of TV’s Bump!) takes a facile look at the gay
porn industry. The interesting but hurried introduction examins the origins of gay pornography with antique and vintage footage. “Actors” Colby Jansen, Rocco Reed and Johnny Rapid (“Who?” Yep. That’s what I said.) are gay-for-pay, although Jansen, married to transsexual porn star Gia Darling expressed his disappointment when she had her gender reassignment, “losing” her penis. Reed is also fluid. The pimply, hillbilly power bottom Rapid is married and has two children. The big-toothed (and big everything!) Everett identifies as all gay. Most interesting are the “behind the camera” scenes: orchestrating an orgy or “waiting for wood,” and watching lascivious underwear kingpin Andrew Christian (obviously a backer of the doc) on a photoshoot with a model jacking off while wearing AC underwear. The risk of HIV, testing, escorting, drugs and other unsavory issues are addressed, albeit briefly and defensively. (Since filming, cameo star Rod Dailey came out as HIV positive and consequently dropped like a hot potato in the biz. So much for their safeguarding.) A much better, realistic look at gay porn is John Roecker’s gritty, absorbing “Everything You Wanted to Know About Gay Porn Stars *but were afraid to ask” (2008) is more personal if not a little horrifying. Another new doc, “Straight Guys” (2013) also addresses this issue of sexual identity and gay porn. If you don’t like porn, you just need better porn.

The Book of Life Voices of Diego Luna, Zoe Saldana, Channing Tatum, Christina Applegate
Originally optioned by DreamWorks Animation in 2007, this project was shelved and re-tooled a couple of times. Reel FX Creative Studios and 20th Century Fox bring it to the big screen as a 3-D computer animated adventure comedy telling the tale of Manolo (Luna, Y tu mamá también, Milk), a young man torn between fulfilling the expectations of his family and following his heart. You know what that means: a girl, Maria (Saldana, Star Trek, Guardians of the Galaxy) enters the picture. The charming, narcissisic Joaquin (Tatum, Magic Mike, hottest man alive) also seeks her hand. Meanwhile, spirits La Muerte and Xibalba bet on who’ll win. Critics describe it as “Romeo and Juliet meets Day of the Dead.” (We suspect with a slightly Tim Burtonesque Nightmare Before Christmas meets Toy Story kind of flair.) Gustavo Santaolalla (Brokeback Mountain) and veteran songwriter Paul Williams (“Rainy Days and Mondays,” “Rainbow Connection”) collaborate on the music, giving Disney’s music departments a very good run for their money. BONUS: Opera’s greatest tenor Plácido Domingo lends his voice to the project. Let’s hope for a solo. This looks like a winner! !Olé! Opening October 17
Skeletons & Showbiz Birdman
Starring: Michael Keaton, Emma Stone, Naomi Watts, Edward Norton, Zach Galifianakas The brilliant Michael Keaton (Beetlejuice) plays Riggan Thompson, a washed-up actor who once thrilled audiences as iconic cinematic crime-fighter superhero, Birdman. Now it’s all he can do to keep his career, family and sanity together as he approaches the opening night of his own Broadway play when he’s forced to to cast a younger, egotistical actor, Mike Shiner, (Norton, Fight Club) whom he despises as the lead. Stone (The Help) stars as Thompson’s daughter, a mercurial Lohan-eque actress fresh out of rehab, hired on as his assistant. Keaton, (Batman), Stone, (The Amazing Spider-Man franchise) and Norton (dumped as The Hulk in The Avengers because of his reputation as “difficult.” But does his comedy gig as kid show plush dinosaur star in Death to Smoochy count as a superhero?) all have street cred in the superhero flick genre experience. Expect some inside jokes and stellar acting in this dramedy. Opening October 17 With Halloween right around the corner, give yourself a good scare with these creeptacular films, promising to give you the heebie-jeebies. Pleasant dreams!

And Another Beer Bottle Opener by Buddy Early
I’ve been lugging around the same bottle opener since 1992, transferring it from keychain to keychain. Frankly, it’s the longest relationship I’ve been able to sustain. It has taught me that a trustworthy bottle opener will always be your friend. The “And Another Beer” bottle opener is not only clever (“I’ll have another, and another …”) and cute (this 3” x 3” baby is made of silver-tone cast aluminum), but also says to the world “I know what an ampersand is.” Is it functional? Well, it’s a freaking bottle opener; what do you think? Cost: $9.95 • Where: homewetbar.com • Hot or Not: HOT (for grammar nerds like me)

It’s clear to me that the Wax Vac Corporation does not have one gay man on staff. Just like straight girls and gayfor-pay porn stars, the Wax Vac needs to take lessons from gay men on how to suck properly. This gadget promises to easily clean your ears with suction making it a seamless effort. Wax Vac, you did me wrong! I paid $10.00 for this thing and the makers of Wax Vac owe me back every penny! The only thing this device will be good for is a White Elephant gift for that game straight people love to play at Christmas. You could also give it to that bitch friend of yours you love talking about because if that hateful skank is using this product she still won’t hear any of your shade. Cookin’ + Corkin’ at
Oven & Vine Portland’s was a popular, chic restaurant nestled in the perfect little nook on the Light Rail in the Roosevelt neighborhood for over 10 years. Times change—and so landlord’s attitudes— and a new opportunities presented itself. Portland’s closed, but the owners Dylan and Michelle Bethge didn’t pack up and leave. They moved uptown. You know that charming, quaint, little, old redbrick colonial plantation style house with the dormer windows on the corner of Vernon and Central Avenues? Well, it felt like after George Washington died at Mt. Vernon so did this ol’ house. Peeling paint, shattered shutters askew with a rooftop with missing shingles made it look like the aftermath of the glorious South once the Yankees got ahold of it during the Civil War. Frankly, my dear, it was all but gone with the wind. After the “Reconstruction” from the recent Great Recession, forward thinking entrepreneurs like the Bethges got all HGTV with the derelict property, sprucing things up, adding a little pocket park, fired up their brick oven and popped a few corks, then, before you knew it, Oven+Vine welcomed back their old friends from the Portland’s days and made new friends, too, by their cozy kitchen hearth. The Oven+Vine philosophy is simple: a brick oven concept featuring local food (as much as possible), wine, and beer. The casual diner seats just under thirty, but it’s
quickly becoming one of the places with neighbors, locals and other downtowners. A light intro for sampling is the Charcuterie Plate where you choose from a variety of cheeses and salamis with slices of their homemade bread for $10-$12. I can’t help but wish there was a little bit more of the delightful samplings on the board. Oven+Vine’s “Specialties”— heartier fare— are served with homemade bread and a choice of roasted mixed veggies, au gratin potatoes or roasted baby potatoes. Personally, we recommend the thick, creamy, mild Potatoes au Gratin. Always a crowd pleaser, right? From the four specialities, we chose the succulent Braised BBQ Pork Ribs for $13. You’ll get four thick, fork-tender, spicerubbed baby back ribs with a Southwestern barbecue sauce. Zippy and zesty, but not enough to overpower the succulent, robust pork flavor of the ribs, so tender the meat falls right off the bone. You’ll want a whole rack. Sooo-ey! Other specialties are Green Chili Pork or Chicken and an Ancho Chili Braised Beef, $11.50-$13. Hungry? Consider getting a couple of different plates and sharing. October 2014 www.IONAZ.com 77
recommend. Sausage? Heck, yeah!) Also available is a Chicken Lasagna and baked Vegetable Pesto with rigatoni.
Another homey and savory choice from their “Pasta” selections is the Baked RIgatoni. Classic, traditional Italian comfort food. How can you go wrong? You get the pasta mixed with a light, housemade marinara, herbed ricotta chees topped with mozarella baked to perfection for $8. Perfect for vegans, but meat eaters can add locally made Schreiner’s sausage for only two bucks more (which we highly
For lighter fare—or to start—try the Ashland Salad for $6.50. Three sandwiches averaging $9 round the menu, plus three desserts, including Claire’s Chocolate Torte—from a secret family recipe. A variety of 14 local, regional and
international draft beers, porters and ciders from as close as Tempe all the way to Bavaria are on tap. Look forward to an old fashioned Beer Garden in the yard coming soon with some “Oompa, oompa” music during Oktoberfest, I’ll bet. The adorable, friendly+fuzzy hipster Nicholas (with his beautiful, curling locks of hair) behind the bar is always ready with a well-thought suggestion of grapes+hops. Meanwhile, Shine Coffee just abandoned the little “carriage house” structure in the front yard. The good news is that food truck geniuses, the beloved and enthusiastic Brad and Kat Moore from Short Leash Hot Dog fame is opening up

NEWS FLASHES! (And a few hot flashes, too.) Don’t bother with a rewrite! Here’s the straight dope. And you read it here first. Unless you read in on Facebook first. Then you read it here second. Anyway ... MY FAVORITE DRAMA QUEEN! And I say that with love, darling ... the fabtastic (if not a little bit hystrionic) B Facebook personality is a real, live boy! Trevor Grant (A) celebrated his birthday at Stacy’s @Melrose by getting White Girl Wasted with his handsome beau Tylor Caruso (who has the patience of Job.) Also on hand was the Lord King God of the Eyebrows, that smoldering sexpot Ricky Sadd—who D always makes me gladd. (You knew that was coming. Didn’t you?) If I could only run barefoot through the hair on his chest ... ARRIVEDERCI: Is it true that the luscious Alex di Gaudio (B) is retiring from the glamorous, prestigious and seductive world of go-go dancing? Say it ain’t so! This humpy, sex-on-a-stick, panty peeler left the boy box behind for a vacation to the Caribbean. The Barbados Tornado— because I bet he tore it up, bitches! TRAVEL ADVISORY: Money, tickets, passports! Alert NATO, the United Nations, the Deutschland’s secret police, the Bundesnachrichtendienst (whydoGermanwordsallruntogether?), and Europol! Bowling kingpins Jason

Benjamin and Brett Jones (C) are going to Europe. Watch for an “international incident” report on CNN.
“SNOG ALERT” I say! Those splendid chappies Nick Ray and Daniel Eckstrom (D) quit fannying around and staged a posh reception in Phoenix with plenty of Tucson folk to celebrate their union. These things make me feel all squidgy inside! Cheers, loves! “YOUR CHALUPA OR YOUR LIFE, SEÑOR!” Looks like sweet Jason Hollywood (E) had a hashtagfast-food-fail C when he made a run for the border to Taco Bell. While he was waiting for his Nachos Bellgrande® there was a stick up el restaurante and the bandito absconded with all the Enchiritos and a few pesos. Jason had to wait for hours while the police took eyewitness reports. And he still never got his Chalupas! “I SPY WITH MY LITTLE EYE ...” Be still my heart! Here’s that dimpled darling Cameron Goebeler and that hunky Kevin Axx. (F) Just because. You’re welcome. Swoon! E
